They call me on average of 4-8 times a day. I am on the do not call list. I have talked to a attorney and was told they could not continue to call me. I am very sick of it.

I get this call on my cell phone several times a day.

My message was similar, but only gave a phone number for me to call. They keep calling even though I've called and asked to be put on the No Call list. They are calling a business line, too.

Relentless telemarketer for student loan debt forgiveness. Calling a business line and leaving multiple messages.

Multiple calls and text messages each day. I keep blocking the number, then occasionally they change and start calling from a new number. I am on the do not call registry and have filed multiple complaints, to no avail. Is it possible to sue?

Same exact story for me!  I am soooooo sick of these jerks!!! I have downloaded a phone app to block these calls but as you stated they continue to change the number. So I just continue to add each number to the app to block the call. I have researched ways and information about a possible lawsuit but unfortunately it literally seems that it will be more hassle than you are able to collect in means of financial sums. So at this point I have just decided to allow my daughter to scream at the upmost highest pitch possible each time they call, at least I have the satisfaction of busting their eardrums!

Calls everyday still keeps calling. Tried calling the number to advise not to call. Even got text from them about student forgiveness loans. I have no such debt.

I figured this was a BS call. What are they trying to sell? I refuse to answer it.

Also got call from what *appeared* to be
337-252-0634 (our local area code and prefix) but it was a spoofed number for 949-201-2330, re alleged "student loan forgiveness" with a male voice on the recording. Blocked them.

called my DC-Metro cell phone - 11/30 @1044 - left msg - student loan forgiveness... why do they think I have a student loan?

Got calls from at least three phones with 719 area codes referring to this number.  All of them claiming I've been pre-approved for student loan forgiveness.  I'm not sure if they've been spoofed, but the numbers referring to this number are:

719-270-2064
719-240-2071
All have left the same voice message so I suspect these are spoofed.

Yea I kept getting the same call. "You've been pre approved for student loan forgiveness." They kept calling from 10 different phone numbers. Eventually I just downloaded the block call app on my phone now I don't get anymore calls; well that I know of.

Another student loan forgiveness fraud call from a group of robo-spoofed 302 area numbers. This is the call back number from their voice mail. Phishing scam. It's fraudulent.

Several calls from 949-201-2330 on my cell phone which is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Same message as all the others.  Graduated in 1961.  No student loans.  Calls from 757 ac, but I don't live in that area any more.  Try az for kicks.

The call for me was actually from 903-928-8203, but they left the 949 number for me to call back for student loan forgiveness.

spoofed to show 5042295143 but message says call 949-201-2330  because I have been selected for student loan forgiveness.
on do not call list and they called a google voice number.
