Student loan forgiveness even though my loans have been paid off since 2015. I have the number blocked, so I don't get notified that they have called, but they leave that annoying voicemail. They just tell me to ignore the voicemail when I tell them to stop calling me.

This is a phishing scam. Do not call back any numbers left for you or verify any information for them. Collect any information provided as well as all phone numbers associated with this scam. Report all information collected to your state's attorney general and file a fraud report on FTC.gov. Using phones to commit fraud is a federal offense.

Another student loan forgiveness call.  Asked me to call back at 949-201-2330  and he repeated the number twice to make sure no mistakes.

I keep getting these calls/ voicemails, but my phone flags it as suspicious/spam so i dont ever answer. I finally called it back to ask to be put on the do not call list, the 1st lady answers with hello like it was her personal phone and then says one moment please and hung up on me. The 2nd time I called it sounded like a room full of telemarketers in the background and a guy answered with the student loan forgiveness spew. He said he will submit at the end of the day and I might get another call today but I shouldn't tomorrow or anytime after that.

It seemed as if my call was sent to 2 completely different places, the 2nd place seemed a little more legit and not quite as rude. I guess hopefully the 2nd time was successful. We will see

Scam about Student Loans.  Called my cell, a recording left the following message:
“You have been preapproved for student loan forgiveness please call 949-201-2330 again that's 949-201-2330 thank you…”

They left a message. They want to forgive my student loan. That is very nice of them. Perhaps they could send me the money that I used to pay off my student loan in 1995. If they could adjust it for inflation I would appreciate it even more.

These people are scammers. I got the same message about loan forgiveness and called back. Once on the phone with "Ryan" he said I was eligible for a program that required 4 monthly payments of 198. After that the payments would be zero. I gave him my email address which he said he could not find me in the system. Once I gave the correct one, he sent me an email. The email was to reset my FSA password, meaning they would have access to all of my information. Once I called him out on it, he hung the phone up. It is tax season, watch out these people are scamming! Also, when I told him I would look it up myself and give him my information other than my password because I didn't know him, he said "Don't worry, I'll get to know you." This is a scam

I've gotten 50+ calls in the last ten days from all around the country (supposedly--obviously, this one didn't even have their message match the number that called me).

These people are cowards,Do no give them any info

Said :call 949 201 2330  I never answer unless I recognize person calling but since this one is so annoying to so many people, why can't anything be done about it?

they call my work phone.  I have to answer.  The caller ID said "Unbound"  I answered and nobody was there...annoying

They called me three times within a 1 minute period after I refused their call on my cell phone.  I finally had to block their number.

Yes, I got a call from a loco number & in voice mail saying " you been approved for student loan forgiveness call 949-201-2330" .. Only when I called it twice an hr apart , no answer.. Is this a fake number or what ????

Calling multiple times a day and leaving countless voicemails! I have asked them not to call anymore and they still continue to do so!
