Called twice before 8 am on a Saturday!

Comes up as Irvine, CA.  Has called work the last 4 days, twice a day.  It's always dead air and hangs up after 20 or 30 seconds.  Annoying as heck.

After receiving sometimes twice a day dead air calls from this number that comes up Irving, CA at our business the last few weeks, finally this morning a woman asked for one of the employees.  She said she was from TCI.  I said he wasn't here and she said she'd call later.  Normally I do not call the number back, but this one annoyed me so I called.  It's TCI Collections.  Told her this is a business, I do not have time to answer all these dead air calls and they'll have to call the employee at his home number.  She said she'd make a note not to call.  Yeah, we'll see.

I am severely disabled and poor and they keep harrasing me calling from this number and numerous others

I’ve gotten multiple calls from this number this past week. I’ve been ignoring them because I don’t tend to pick up calls I don’t know. They’ve been calling so much, I decided to answer. It was Mr. Cooper, the loan shark company. I told them I didn’t want to refinance and to stop calling me. That was just 5 minutes ago. I’ll see if they stop. This company is so annoying to deal with; they’ll call off the hook for a week or two, stop for a few months, then start up again. At least, they’re not sending certified letters, anymore, which is also really weird.

Mr Cooper is certainly not a loan shark company, they are a subsidiary of Nationstar Mortgage..  They are reputable.
