    2 calls in 20 minutes - never asked or given a prompt to ask if I wanted to participate - usally very pleased with service from Verizon - But could not agree more - the POWERHOUSE that Verizon is should be able to have there name come up on a Survey originating from them!

    I didn't even call Verizon Wireless for tech service or for any other matter, today or recently, and they've already called me twice.

    They have called twice within and hour and a half. The second call left a message with a number to call if I want to take the survey. Hopefully they will leave me alone now!

    Did u call the day before also? It may have been in relation to a call from the day before...they couldn't be that quick w/the number of customers that they have.

    Why should we lighten up?.............I have had my Droid replaces 5..that's right 5...time in the past 15 months.   Finally I got thru to the second level of supervisors and related my problems to them ( the 20th time I have been required to tell it to someone from Vz) and she just said, well we aren't going to replace it with anything but the Certified refurb.  I pay over $3,000 for a two year contract and I can't even get good equipment.  I finally asked the supervisor if she thought this was good customer service and she would not answer.    I then asked her if she cared about loosing a loyal customer and get this............SHE REPLIED "WE DON'T REALLY CARE, YOUR ONLY GETTING ANOTHER CERTIFIED REFURBISHED PHONE."  "IF YOU BREAK THE CONTRACT YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE FEES, BUT YOUR NOT GETTING A BETTER PHONE"............You may want to put up with this and LIGHTEN UP but I for one will be switching carriers!!!!!

    Same stuff, they called when I am on the phone with Verizon. What a bunch of idiots! They have all the computers in the world, don't they even have a way of knowing they are interrupting my call to themselves? Verizon is always way behind the curve of what they could do.

    I keep getting calls from the above phone number on my cell phone.  I don't answer the calls since I don't know anyone in that area code.  I don't know what company it is but I AM on the DO NOT CALL list.  Since they don't leave a voice message, I can assume its a telemarketer.

    I'm just reading through these posts and laughing.  Get a better computer system one person says.  Even the best computer system makes mistakes.  I'm a computer network engineer so I know this for a fact.  Another person says single sign on will transfer info from one rep to another.  True, but again its a computer program that can glitch.  Also, not every human is perfect.  What if one rep brings up the wrong account by accident then transfers to another rep.  If the new rep doesn't ask your info they could have a security breach and talk about another account.  That's a big problem.  And lastly, all of you whining about replacing your phones multiple times...  Verizon doesn't make the phones.  Complain to the manufacturer.  Motorola, LG, Samsung etc.  Verizon is extending you a favor to replace it for you then deal with the maker of the phone themselves.  If you have so many problems with your phone then get rid of it.  You didn't have one 15 years ago.

    called verizon help desk, got the usual incomprehensible misinformation, and the minute I hung up this number called.  I answered it and it hung up.  I never was primed about taking a survey or not.  Verizon wireless help has gotten really bad, just some poor schmucks reading off cards I think, saying the same thing over and over again.  I wanted to know when my warrantee was over, the guy just kept repeating I had insurance---I said I don't want to use insurance, there is a huge deductibloe, like ninety dollars versus none on warrantee, why would I use insurance?  Over and over he brought up I had insurance.  No idea what he was saying.  it's pretty awful.

    it says no name 949-286-3973 I was on the house phone with verizon at the time, filing a complaint about my bill that got doubled for not reason at all, when my cell phone keep ringing interrupting my conversation with verizon.

    I agree,  I was on the phone with them to add a line to my existing service, and my cell starts ringing.  It was Verizon.   You would think they would wait an hour before calling......

    i got off the phone with VW.  30 min later the call came in, i did not answer, then the number called me again exactly 31 minutes later...wtf...still didn't answer...within 5 weeks of signing with them, i'm out already over 400$ my first 299. phone bill...mf'ers...still haven't figured it all out...

    Received a call from this number but didn't realize it was Verizon. I didn't answer. I don't answer if I don't recognize the number. There are too many lunatics in this world laying on their butts trying to rip off people while collecting welfare checks! And they consider that a job. Sad. If Verizon wants people to take the survey, then they need to make it known that it is Verizon which is calling.

    If you're dealing with Verizon Wireless customer service, you are lucky.  I personally thing you guys do an amazing job, which is why I've been a customer for 10 years and refuse to switch.  On two separate occassions I've written lets about how great the service was that some agent has given me.  Verizon (cable, internet, etc.) is another story all together.  They are the worst!  I will never, ever use them again!
