- William L. MeyersI am sooooooooo psst at Verizon. They don't send me a bill any more and charge late fees Racist company
- Caller: Verizon
- Upset Verizon CustomerI paid my bill via credit card over my cell phone, then started getting messages from the number 949-286-397. They finally left a voicemail and it was Verizon asking me to participate in their survey about my experience with their service. What sucks is that they gave me an 800# to call into for the survey, but they calling 800#'s there still is a charge from the cell phone! Dialing 800#'s through Verizon are NOT free.

- MJThis is an unsolicited call.
- olonealI have received numerous calls from this number on my cell. I have not answered them, of course, since I did not recognize the number. In addition to calls, there have also been text messages and one voicemail that I could barely understand. It sounded, no slur intended, like an elderly Asian woman who could barely speak English. The caller and the text message left the address of some (unknown to me) person living in a nearby town. Talk about weird! I don't believe this was a Verizon call of any sort.
- DanAnother case of corporate left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. One rep says one thing, and a different one says something else..
- Caller: Verizon
- justmeThis was a Verizon survey. They called me after I called *611 to change my phone plan.

- SusieRThank you all--as long as it is Verizon I will answer the next time they call. I have never had problems with Verizon OR Customer Service--
Although I did not agree to a survey (?)
I do not give my cell phone number out to anyone so I am very wary about calls when I don't recognize the number
Thanks again! - d n replies to Kacimaybe if you did a good job and know what you're doing, you would find out how thankful your customer will be. But if you can't help me because you're incompetent and you transfer me to another agent, you deserve what you got. It took three supervisor to get someone who knew what they were doing and she didn't help me but she did everything possible to help me, but we both came to the conclusion that Verizon couldn't do so unless i paid more money to upgrade and then that would open another cans of worms. I wouldn't know because i have 9 months left on my contract and i just have to deal with a worthless company and incompetent customer service rep for the time being. I didn't know what i was doing when i left t mobile. I am a happy customer there, my family talk me to go to this worthless company verizon, basically , because their friends are with this unprofessional company. Sorry, but maybe it's a step up when you quit for this company, nah the would just hire another moron.
- d n replies to ggtry using your phone and having to walk around until you get into the service network and and then keep walking around the service network area until you get 2 bars. And you pay for this service. And you have been trying to fix this for 8 of your 13 months with verizon. Are they trying to help? When you see that this service rep just isn't in the same wave line as you, and you know that you're wasting your time, and you ask to speak to a supervisor, this csr would put you on hold for10 mins and come back each 10 mins to say she or he's searching for a supervisor. They are hoping you hang up. I did and call back asking for a supervisor only to get the same service, i am searching for a supervisor. If you wait awhile, you may get lucky to speak to a supervisor, and that may mean nothing anyways, because they are just as incompetent. SO ARE THEY TRYING TO HELP OR ARE YOU A CSR WITH VERIZON AND THAT"S WHY YOU POST YOUR COMMENT
- MikeLOL OMG!!! I'm amazed at how many responded! You'd think Verizon would catch on and do something immediately AFTER the call to prevent a call back feature. I did mine this morning at 6am, and thus far have been called twice by them while I'm at work. There's a reason I did it so early this morning, ya think!
I work for a big company and we do an immediate survey after the call to make it faster for our customers, and if you don't want to reply, you don't have to, just hang up. Hopefully someone from Verizon gets this and can submit the suggestion.- Caller: 949-286-3973

- still a vzw customer replies to Lettie| 4 repliesFirst of all if you are a completely satisfied customer why are you even posting on here unless you are a verizon plant put on here to calm the masses? Second if you have a life and you are so busy you don't have the time to waste on stupid cell phone issues why is it you have so much time to write a novel telling other people to quit whining about getting their hard earned money ripped off by a company who is not helping them use the services which they are paying for? Third who the hell are you to decide what should be important to someone you don't even know? Fourth I pay a good amount of money for my services and equipment so I expect them to work properly just like verizon expects me to pay for them. Honestly if I didn't apy for my equipment and services do you think verizon is going to call me to find out what the problem is or just shut me off? So just go back to your busy life and mind your own business. People getting burned have a right to complain!
- still a vzw customer replies to KaciSay what you want about how we act when we call in but some of the rudest most ignorant people I have encountered in my life have been telephone csrs. So basically if you had $125.00 in your purse and someone took it from you and you got nothing in return for it this would merely be a minor inconvienence to you? Oh and don't let's forget it happens every month for several months. Minor inconvienece or theft? If you had that attitude while you were a csr WE are all glad you quit too!
- christyVerizon was calling me while i was on the phone with verizon.. lame
- unitedwecanstand replies to davie daveI was also called by this # while on the line with cust.svc.so I I called them back and 2-1-2-1-2 them over & over that is how I feel about verizon now.I have been a good cust. for 7 years I have learned not to go to the store even when they start the ping ponging call cust.ser they say at the store, go to the store, they say on the phone. well LISTIN UP!! for us we were done like that until the time to change the "aggreement"was up! so sorry, unless you pay very high fees you are stuck with this extra line for two years, also never ever accept anything free and sign that 2 mile long reciept from the cash reg. becouse its a contract. the store has took full atvantage of the fact that we (my husband and myself) were 2 grandparents just wanted cell phones and now are caught up in a web of deciet and LIES that are against the law but alone we are just stuck we have learned the hard way "upgrading"does not have anything to do with the car charger we went there to buy & that 2 mile reciept is not becouse you just bought the charger with your credit card but a 2 more year contract that they didnt EXPLAIN and we were two trusting, we are old enough to know better, but we also have never encountered any large well known name as alltel aka VERIZON,to be so underhanded! Read those tiny little words on that 2 in. contract, call cust.ser. while you are in the store ask questions while the rep. of the store is standing there. like if you take there free device will you get monthly charges we now know are data packages In our time the untrustworthy people were used car salesmen, well not anymore telemarkters were a no no, but beware of the new wonderful technolegy for a new breed of tricksters have come with it for worse than any other or you will end up paying out contracts for things you dont need services you dont want 300.00 a month bill and wondering if the old at&t wouldve been done the same? if we all would stand together &demand justice that the head tricksters would have to come to our terms maybe regulations would be put on them. good service would be a requirment, decieving sales rep. would be held acountable and we would again be HAPPY CUSTMERS instead of waiting out the contract and kicking them to the curb and blackballing them
