- WhyCantWeStopThemOK, I was PO'd at this one! I called the number using my GV number (more on that later!) and pressed the prompts to get to a real person. She was clearly American, maybe in Canada, but more likely in Orange County CA based on the area code. I let her have it and requested she service a big ol' bag of D's and she laughed! She clearly was used to service bags and bags of D's and is unfortunately probably good at ripping people off.
Now, one lesson I learned is when I make a call from GV, unless I changed the Caller ID display, it showed my real GV number! I hope I don't get a bunch of phone calls from SO!- Caller: Federal Student Loan Forgivence
