Have had multiple calls per day from this number, and usually no one answers. I have called them back, and gotten an answer. The people on the other end have repeatedly offered me financial services that I do not want.  Told them repeatedly to remove me from their call list, the calls continue. I am on the DNC, and have reported them more than once. Hopefully they will get the hint and stop calling.

called as Resource National, then again as something Capital, I called them back & asked to be removed from their call list but they called me again! I told them I'm on the do not call list, and they said there is no such list! They are intent on harassing people and I filed complaints about this 'company' with the FCC and police.

They called me this morning.  I told them I was wearing my moms pantyhose and high heels, along with some lingerie that she wore last night.  She wanted to know the colors and I told him the lingerie was black and red with black stockings and bright red strappy high heels.  I hope they call again and I'll go into more detail

Annoying and persistent criminals calling to try to scam you out of your money by offering fake "loans" and "capital." They called as Results National then Working Capital and I told them to stop, but to no avail. I think going to the police is my next step to correct these offenders.

I love how people mention that they're on the do not call list / told them to take me off the list.  Classic.  1980's are over

You can sue these perpetrators under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), but first you have to identify them. To do that, you have to "play customer": sound like you're interested in whatever they're selling and keep them on the phone long enough to get the name of their business and an address and city they're in. Above all, you need their address so you can serve them with legal notice that you're suing them. The easiest way to get this is from their URL.

If your phone number is on the National Do-Not-Call list and they call you twice in 12 months, you can sue them under the TCPA and make AT LEAST $500 per call. You can sue them in small-claims court in most states, which makes it easy. Just file the suit, which costs maybe $25, and go before the judge with your phone bills showing that they called you and the email you got from the national DNC list showing that your phone is on it, and the judge will automatically give you a judgment for $1,000! In most cases, these phone perps will pay rather than have a lien against their property. Have I done this and made money? Yes I have: Lots of it--thousands and thousands of dollars! This is the best way to make these perps suffer. Capital One had to pay $75 million to settle a TCPA suit!

Here's where to read more about the TCPA:

You know you can log the and file a complaint against them, right? File complaints online with the FTC and the CFPB also I believe the do not call registry also has an online complaint form.  The gov is hot to trot after these offenders right now so if enough people file complaints and they look into it, odds are they will have to pay you $$.  Just FYI, knowledge is power.

These morons called our business today at 1407 hours.  Fortunately, I was on the phone so their call was shunting to a message system.  I listened to the message left.  Apparently the guy thought he had a real, live person on the other end because he cheerfully chirped, "Hi Dave!" as if the owner and he were best buddies, don't you know.  When no one responded he disconnected. But I'm sure they'll call again and again because they are sleaze bags.  When I got a spare moment, I blocked our number and called them back.  Some guy answered but I didn't catch whatever "company" he said because he spoke too quickly and kind of smeared his words together.  I told him, "I'm calling you to waste your time, just like you waste the time of legitimate businesses."  I then told him - graphically - what activity he could do to himself and hung up.
