Selling medical imaging in Irvine, CA (hence 949 area code). Call center is probably out of Manila, Philippines and is all female.
They accept in-bound calls all day Saturday, around noon and after 1600 M-F.

Nailed by NOMO. When called back, I told them "what did you call me for?". The reply was "Actually, we actually called you back to actually inform you that you and your wife are actually eligible for a free heart scan".
Seems that the call center was located in a country that just recently discovered the word "Actually" and will obviously use it to the extreme until they "Actually" cause us to remove it from our volcabulary.
I wish that would happen to the word "LIKE"

After 3 rings caller hung up. I was going to pick up but after seeing this page I'm glad I didn't. Placed the number on Auto Reject List.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
