It's DaVinci Financial and they are operating against California Insurance Laws by calling cells illegally and harassing  you can complain to CA insurance commissioner.   They are selling Life Insurance and call it a financial company.  They are calling without notice of company license #.  Insurance Commission will shut them down.

DaVinci Financial is calling cell #'s illegally with electronic dialer.  They are getting numbers off resumes in Careerbuilder and Monster databases.   It's illegal to call cell #'s with electronic dialer from :  949-612-3940.   Call Attorney Robert Hyde in San Diego and let him know.   He'll take 7+ callers and you get about 2500/call.  He goes after these jerks.  Also, they are operating against Insurance Commissioner of CA laws.  File complaint with California Insurance Commission board.  

Keep track of date and time of calls each time and report to Attorney each one.

Guy called asked for CEO of company, asked where he was calling from, said that he had an important topic to discuss with the boss. I asked then if he had an account with us to which he asked me my name again and then laughed and said, "I have an important matters to with them and if they're not in then you have yourself a wonderful day". I said thank you and you too. Glad this post is up, he was rude and that long silence wasn't going to get you anywhere sir.

"Dean Beacker" called asking for someone. Hung up after telling him no such person. Seems shady

"Alex" called to ask to speak to my boss (CEO) i said hes in a meeting, can you send email? and they hung up.

good thing i checked here, he'll get the same answer the next time they call.

A idiot person called asking to speak to the name of our cat.   ( long time ago we used the cats name on a magazine subscription  )

Keep receiving calls from these folks. When i ask them to identity themaelves they give me a firsy name ans no company name. I keep asking the caller to identify the compnay and th we purpose of the call. I told the guy to f off amd f his mother

Called at my work. Asked for me by name, but would not identify who they were. Called back to a recorded message saying they are Frontline Asset Strategies.

There was a lot of background noise and a woman introduced herself as Kelly and she mispronounced our CEO's last name.

Called asking for the owner. Said he was from "APEX" but wouldn't take a message.
