- CindyIt is Reality Track. They were calling me 4 times a day. I too stopped my inquiry on their website when they wanted my credit card. But they did get my number.I called them back. Spoke to a guy; told him I am already working with an agent/broker and take me off their call list. We will see if this works.

- BelindaYeah. I think it's Realty Trac though I didn't call back to confirm. I gave my info the day before they called to look at a listing then next page they needed a credit card number for a 7-day free trial to be able to see the listing. One of the required fields was your phone number.

- Annoyed| 1 replyRealty Trac is a SCAM. I didn't pay, opted out and now I get their calls. Their information is OUT OF DATE and is a waste. DON'T USE THEM! Report them to the FCC.

- Curtis replies to Chris| 4 repliesRealtyTrac is an online service for searching MLS listings and foreclosures around the country. They are not skirting the DNCR; they're calling you after you completed business with them or a partner site. If you've looked at a house recently online through MLS, you probably gave them or a partner site your information. They have a 7-day free trial, according to the website that I went to. I decided I didn't need it yet, and I don't want to pay $50 a month until I buy my house to use it. The pay screen was a second screen, so they already got my contact info submitted, which included my number. However, I did select that I did not want a realtor to call me, so it's a bit fishy that I got a call today (the day after I submitted the info).
Just ignore or block if you don't want a call from them. - Cujo replies to AnnoyedFCC won't work. They're not scamming. If you don't like their business practices, try the Federal Trade Comission website instead.
- TanyaSame thing - they called, I ignored the call and they left no message.
- JasonRealty Track! It all makes sense now, they have a "Free" 7 day trial, however, after you enter the contact information, and uncheck "have realtor call", the website goto a second page and want your credit card info. Scam!

- PaulaThis is Realty Trac...they call our house on a daily basis, leave no messages. I answered one night and they are asking for my husband, by his legal name...not what he goes by. When I said he wasn't home, they wouldn't even tell me why they were calling! DRIVES ME INSANE!!

- From NJThey called today and of course I didn't answer since I do not recognize the number. They left no message and when I called back they have a recorded message saying: Thank you for calling Realty Tracking ... blah blah.. blah. At the end they let you speak to somebody, so I asked "Steve" to transfer me to someone who will take my call to take my number off the calling lists. "Steve" was very nice and asked if the number he has on his screen is the one to be taken off the list and I said yes. He then said we apologize for the inconvinience your number is now off the lists. So that was not too bad. I hope I don't have to report them to the fcc.

- randyThis is realty trac.. just filled out a form over the weekend and got a call on monday.
- rThis is a real estate company -- in order to look at real estate listings on their website, you have to register, and part of that process is entering a phone number. They have -- no lie -- called EVERY WEEKDAY and occasionally on a weekend for about twelve to thirteen weeks now. I am not exaggerating.
