- Mark replies to Its RealityTrac| 1 replyIts not a scam. LoL. They offer listings for foreclosure property for 49.95 a month or a free service in which they set u up with a agent that can help you find property and send u listing from their site.
- FU2A buyer or tenant should never have to pay for lists of properties!
- Mark replies to CurtisThe people that call u when u check i dont want a agent to call me back are not agents. u people are dumb. hahahahaha. why dont u listen to what they have to say
- Unwanted callsAnother call from them and did not leave a message.
TRuly waste of people's money and time. - same here! replies to CurtisI too looked online for a home, did the free trial.. opted out after seeing how much a month they wanted, but like you said They had my number already and even thought I check do not call.. they keep calling (1 day later as yourself.. but they only let it ring once and hang-up.. weird, but hey.. no use getting anrgy over it!!)
- katethey keep calling me and i'm on the do not call list. ugh.
- lisaI recieved a call today. Consequently I found it was from Reatltrac. Yes I had ALMOST signed up for their service but when I found out the cost I cancelled. Not only have I just received a phone call, but also got an email. Hopefully by me not answering they get the hint that I don't want to use their service.

- diggsThe number is from RealtyTrac. They get your # from online inquiries concerning foreclosures...sometimes through Trulia. You can call 888-444-3336 and have your number put on their "do not call" list.
- thomasit is realty track. I did the free trial just to see what its all about. They have foreclosures, preforeclosures, homes for sale by realtor and by owner. As i am not quite ready to purchase a home and i am not willing to pay 50 dollars per month, the free week seemed logical. They just followed up with me after i canceled the subscription. It does seem like their site would be a very useful tool for purchasing a home.

- Big Dawg replies to MarkSounds like a scam to me

- Z& MThey are so annoying. They just called and asked for me and when I said it was me they hung-up very rude.

- SueGot 8 calls at all different times of the day on my caller ID from this #. So when I googled it, I found this site. If nothing else, at least I feel better that it is not just me.
- TickedThis number (949-748-8416) has called my cellphone and left no message, although I am on the DO NOT CALL list. I googled the number and was glad to find this site explaining who it might be, but is somebody actually reporting this to the FCC or is that something we need to do individually?

- Unhappy CalleeReceived 2 calls on 01/11/12 and 1 on 01/12/12. No message was left at any time. I had started to sign up for Realty Trac's "free trial" until I saw they required a credit card. No way. Why for something free would they need a credit card? That speaks of a scam to me. So I closed the window and did not finish the registration. That was months ago. They waited until now to annoy me with their calls. Anyone who calls 3 times in 2 days obviously feels that what they want to say is important so if it's important enough to call that frequently, leave a message. I sleep during the day quite frequently and do not appreciate being awakened by someone who calls but doesn't leave a message.
When I call them to speak to management about putting me on their do not call list, the person I spoke to was asking for all kinds of information from me because "management is not available". As if I am going to believe that. I admit I was angry, but I was not yelling as the woman accused me of. I had raised my voice because I was getting more and more angry. I finally decided I'd tell her why I was calling, even though in past experience, it does no good to speak to anyone other than management because I've heard reps say a number of times they couldn't remove information from the system. I don't believe that but generally speaking to management gets quicker results. She wouldn't stop telling me she didn't have to listen to me yell at her long enough for me to tell her why I had called. She then hung up on me. So I called back. Unfortunately I got the same person. Then she very condescendingly told me she had removed my information but me calling back had put it back in. Well, how am I to know she removed my info since she didn't tell me she was going to before hanging up on me? If they call me again, I will go through the trouble of going through all of the steps to satisfy the do not call regulations and document each and every call and turn it in to the FTC. It is only through companies being complained about that they will be investigate and fined hopefully.- Caller: RealtyTRac
- patFour or five times a day I get this call. I never answer. Can't they take a hint?
