Received a call on 06/05/2013 at 1:35 PM.  Caller ID says, "Greens Group."  No message left.

I win! Call the number back, after it tells you the number doesn't receive inbound calls it gives you the option to press 2 to be removed.

I am not amused that when I originally received the call the ignorant call center employee asked to speak to the owner I told them the owner is my father and he is in bad health. I was the one handling all business matters and my first order of business is to be removed from their calling list. Ignorant minimum wage call center employee laughed and hung up...

If you called back and pressed some number they told you to, then you confirmed your number, and all you "won" is more junk phone calls!

Sorry for the trouble you've all have been having with telemarking calls; we are as frustrated as you are. We are not making the calls. I own "Greens Group" and the website, www.greensgroup.com.

We have an advisory on the contact page about it as well, but there is no one in my office that makes sales/telemarking calls. We have a complaint open with the FCC regarding it, but it's not our company. The caller ID shows "Greens Group", but the actual phone number that is being used is 949-864-etc. Our phone block is 949-829-etc.

I wish I could do something else, but the FCC informs me that since they aren't spoofing my number, just using the caller ID, there is nothing else I can do; our legal is looking into other options.

We ask you all to file a complaint with the FCC using the phone number that has called you, and hopefully if there are enough complaints we can get this number blocked. Please remember, "Greens Group" is just a spoofed Caller ID, it has nothing to do with us the real company. We are victims in this and as frustrated are you are.

We have NOTHING to do with Local Splash, which seems to be the company behind these calls.

I own, www.greensgroup.com, the real Greens Group. We are an Irvine, CA based real estate development firm. We don't make any telemarketing calls, or have relation to an type of SEO type product. The people making these telemarketing calls, have nothing to do with our firm.

Called and asked to speak with owner. Told them to take our name off their calling list. She got very rude and nasty and said she NEEDED to speak with the owner. I told her no and to not call us again. She called next day, and this time she had the name of the owner.

They keep calling asking to speak with the owner. I asked who they were and what company they are with They say are a data provider company with Local Splash. And told them he will be right with you. We put them on hold and they hang up soon after.

Special Note: We have become aware that there is a firm making telemarking calls using the caller ID, "Greens Group". Their phone number comes from the (949) 864-etc block. 06/14/2013 someone asked for the owner and when he said that the owner is not here, would like to leave any message?. they were very firm straight to the point and then they hanged up the phone with out even leaving a message or who are they?!. it weird and i didn't feel comfortable at all. if the person who called me today at 11:15AM can see this post, i would like from you not to ever call me in your life..even if its a legal matter just send me a letter like other the professions do.

Called, no message left. I called back, it stated the number does not accept inbound phone calls. GARBAGE.

Immediately Hung Up After I Answered

Called and asked who they would talk to regarding our business profile - I replied that I had no idea.  They then said that "I know that your company does construction and remodeling" (which we don't). And I replied, "You don't KNOW anything!" And I promptly hung up...I'm sure they are not done annoying us, but it felt good to state the obvious.  Telemarketing is a tough gig but resorting to lying and annoying those that you wish to engage is incredibly stupid - you're not going to get past the firewall with contrivances so stop wasting everyone's time!!!!!

I was getting calls from some "Lower your intrest rate" people.  Wouldn't stop.  Finally I just decided to read the Bible to them each time they called.  Worked like a charm!  After about three calls they quit.  Don't engage them or speak any other words to them but just read.  I'm going to do that with these Greens Group people.  Will see how long it takes for them to stop.

So happy that people take the time to inform others of these $%^&# of $#!). Thanks to everyone for the input. I hope to make them climb a dangerous hundred foot tree someday while I make them carry a phone and continually harras them while they do extremely dangerous work.

Tele marketing scum. Every time I post an ad they call non stop.

1st time they called it was Greens Group. 2nd time the caller ID said Stone Cold Creamery. The 3rd phone call was unavailable.

I called 949-864-2037 back and it asked to press 2 to stop the number from calling back.

Didn't answer the phone. Got no message and you cannot call them back. What I gather is that they can harass you but you cannot harass them back. THIS MUST BE AMERICA BABY!!
