Close that account,  open a new one ..if possible with a different bank, Im the one who calls them every 10 min so they could feel my pain, they said they will withdraw 1000 from my checking accoung, I said Ok..I just have 500 is that ok? , he asked me How much I charge per night I told him...I dont know .."ask you Mom ,...she is a [***]"...I was laughing so hard! then he said he will withdraw 10,000 instead of a thousand...I said ok, What I would do is just to contact Equifax , transunion and experian to put fraud alerts, and the note of not to authorize any loans without confirming with me that is ok.  if they have our socials there is nothing we can do but they just gave me an account is already closed.

Devils from hell getting information from payday loan marketing sites. they call with this number. guy called my job saying his name is michael harris from state attorney office threatening....had such a heavy accent. Bogus, wicked and evil. now they are calling with other numbers....dumb.....i closed bank account and reopened another....i don't owe anyone money....

I am grateful for these posts. Like Judith, the guy accused me of defrauding a pay day loan company, threatening me with being arrested. Called contacts that I had listed on former loans. I'm learning a valuable lesson. I am angered by the fact that he can't even speak good english and has the nerve to threaten me! I asked for this type of harrasment putting my information online, knowing there are scammers out there, along with this call today, I got hit by Mycash Guardian for $29.95, sheesh!.

Received a phone call from 951-281-0351 today on my work number.  We have a shared work line, so we cannot receive "personal calls."  I inquired who this was and they said they are calling on behalf of a Curtis Jackson.  They called back three times after I hung up.  The male with a thick Indian accent advised me that if I don't cooperate authorities are going to pick me up within the hour.  I told them to stop calling me on my work number.  He quickly proceeded to say, "okay what is your cell phone?"  to which I responded "don't have one" and then then asked "tell me your residency number" and I stated "nope."  These people are really crazy and I am not sending anything to anyone!!

I received a call today from the State Attorney Office. I do not owe money. I never received a loan. They are scam artists. And I am reporting them to the State Attorney Office.

This person called me 5 times and left four voice messages. The man had a very strong Indian accent and stated that he was from an attorney's office.  That is all that I could understand.

This number called me 8 times today asking for my husband,I jus hung up ever time the last time told him to f off and don't call me agian I also called my bank they are watching for any bogus charges said if anything comes threw they will reverse it and we can close account and start new one if it continues

I have been getting threatening phone calls from this number by a man I cannot even understand. I spoke with him once and he kept asking me to verify my SS#. Of course I would not so now he leaves voicemails telling me he is from the State Attorneys office and I'm going to be in big trouble if I don't call him back and he wishes me luck. There is a post stating the the real CA SA office is working on this. I think not but I am going to find their website and contact them also.

Hey thanks for the link. I read the article and called the FTC and they gave me a file number and told me to call his office back as soon as this [***] calls me again, so now I'm just waiting. I feel like calling him and letting him know I have reported him.

This guy called my wife at work.  She was frantic. Unfortunately these jack [***] get some people to pay money to them. If you have ever submitted your information online for a loan, then that's is how they get your info. Unfortunately nothing will probably ever happen to them. I have filed the complaint with the state attorneys office. This phone number is a land line so I don't understand why they can't just be arrested for what they do. This call just cam in so apparently they are still in operation. The number must be transferred overseas is all I can think of. We put billions of dollars into making sure people don't smoke pot but we let filth like this continue to target and terrorize Americans. That just doesn't make sense.

these peoples has called me about 15 times on my job, I do not know how they got their infornation,but I asked them to stop, and the Switch Board told them they were tying up their lines. I am just going to report that number to the authorties.
