Same harassing calls using a different number.

Caller ID said "Baker, L." I can't say for sure but I figure it's the same people that call and never leave a message from Luebke Baker & Associates, Inc (though the number is different and from different area code) Long time ago I made the mistake of answering one of the numbers that called and they told me I owed "x" number of dollars for magazines. I told them I had settled it already and she said she could not find it anywhere in their system. I told her I wanted proof of the debt and she said she could not do that. I told her no proof, no money and hung up. Now I refuse to answer the phone when I see anything that looks like their name on my caller ID and I don't answer phone calls that says "unknown caller" with out of state area codes.

I receive calls from various numbers up to 20 times a day and I feel like taking a foghorm and blowing it into the phone for the next time they call. Yes, I am definitely aggravated!

I had started getting some magazines that I didn't order and didn't want and one of the magazines said that I couldn't do a cancelation with them since it didn't start with me and gave me a compay and phone number to call.  Upon speaking to someone at that number they told me it came from another company (Global Reader, if I remember correctly) trying to get me to sing up for those magazines.  I told them to cancel them and they did as far as I can tell I did it this morning.  I just got another call on my cell phone with this number so I'll have to wait and see.  Here is the name and number of the so others of you out there can maybe try it too.  SUBCO-OUTBOUND TELEMARKETING  3585 W BEECHWOOD AVE STE 106 FRESNO, CA 93711  Subco-Outbound Telemarketing at 800-258-3350.

They call me multiple times during the day, and I never answer. I would think they would get the hint by now. They never leave a voice mail either

This number calls at 8:26 am on a Saturday morning this is crazy. This is a magazines collection company. They  call for my son. He has not ordered anything. I get magazines in my name and I know I have not ordered any thing.

The same thing is happening to me.  We are getting a magazine we did not order.  So, since you called and cancelled, have you had any more problems?

I am recieving multiple subscriptions and have made numerous request to terminate them, it has worked for some. Thank you for the info regarding subco outbound telemarketing. I plan to call them and send them a letter from my attorney regarding this fraudulent scam they are performing. This all began when I received a phone call solicitation to receive a so called free gift card...never ever say yes! Once you do they will sell your info and send mags..then bill you. This is criminal!

I have been stuck in these scams to . mine is from Reader Services , they told me I owe 699.99 dollars but could get off the hook if I pay 199.95 . I told them I am not paying a dime and was told good luck with that . now I am waiting for some letter to tell me what to do . first I am making A copy then it is off to the police I go !
