This number 951-298-9515 which is a disconnected number if you try to call back has called my home at least 2-3-4 times per day for weeks now, when I answer they say they are California Green Energy I have told them to take me off their calling list I am on the DNC list  but that does not stop them they told me they really didn't give a S##t .  Rec'd call today I told the women that I am tired of you people calling me, she replied with what the F##K do you mean you people and continued with I will now make sure we call you all day every day, I hung up within two minuets I rec'd two more calls, one from her calling me names and another from a man also calling me names and told us if we don't like it don't answer your phone.  

800notes is not affiliated with your callers, we are not calling you either. 800notes is a forum for reporting who calls you and any information you may have about the call to share with other forum users. It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also.

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards. Some states do not allow them to call on their state DNC laws which can differ from the federal.

I have called the "Do Not Call" 888 number to stop calls from 951 298 9515, I have asked the company to delete my number from their list, nothing seems to work.

I have decided to not report/file complaints with the US government as they do not seem to be able or willing to handle these problems. I did, however, buy a phone system that blocks 250 numbers...it is a Panasonic...I'm not endorsing the brand per se as there may be others out there that do the same job. While 951-298-9515 calls multiple times a day, I do not hear it as this phone blocks even the first ring. I never answer these types of calls because even if I can give them a drubbing over the phone, they then know the phone number works! I have a short white list and only answer those calls.

Being registered does nothing as THE GOVERNMENT DOES NOTHING for you when you report a number.  

This time, after four months of at least three calls per day, anytime, and NEVER answering and NEVER leaving a message I VERY POLITELY answered and was told it was Stephanie from Green Energy.  The number comes through as a Corona CA number but there is no listing for Green Energy in Corona and if you call the number, it is disconnected and has been all along.  

So they are a rip-off company and Uncle Sam could care less.  I've been registered since the registry opened and have NEVER gotten help form them nor have the calls stopped or even reduced much.  I personally have no problem with big government, just wish it would work for me instead of sitting there like a lump on the log.

Another scumbag skip-tracer/debt collector calling my work number, asking for someone who doesn't work here.  So annoying.  These idiots are so stupid.  No wonder they can't find who they're looking for.

It's only a matter of time before these type of calls push someone over the edge, causing them to go 'postal' at a call center!

I reported them and last call I received was 9/23/2014.IT WORKED! I suspect they are a hassling agency from a credit company,someone with the same last name as mine is getting a car re-po'd.After that call was when the harrassment began.But reporting at the link above seems to have stopped them.Its a PIA of a form but worth a try.

I also have a call blocker,a sentry i got on amazon.Its 39.95 and blocks em,but your phone will do one ring each time they call.Most callers give up,these bums dont.

Fake number, 951-298-9515 displays as Corona, CA but can not call them back, calls
do not complete. FAKE SCAM COMPANY, has now called me 3x a day for almost 3 WEEKS
now. Do not call list does little to curb this crap. Live interaction with them when they call
also yields nonsense, empty promises to remove your name from their sucker list.
Blocking their incoming calls at least thwarts the interruption but still shows up in
the log. Complain to the FTC ?? USELESS. Green Energy fake company is using

That may or may not be true depending on the foreign Country.. Some do, some do not co-operate.

As I say, it's not perfect.  People are prosecuted under the DNC law.   Resources are limited.  They can't get everybody.

Another hang up from this company...I did notice that since I reported them to the FCC under another phone number they are using a new number when they call.  They call from 951-298-9515 and doing some checking on them since this number says it is not in service when you call they have been tracked to a call back number of 855-269-4661.  Maybe we all need to call and give them some of their own medicine.

I have previously asked them to remove me from their calling list.  I have told them I have solar already and was called a liar.  Once I convinced them I had it they tried selling me more telling me I didn't have enough.  I am waiting for the day or night that they call back and there is actually a human on the line.  I will go ahead and set up an appointment with them.  When they come out I will tell them to look at my roof and then slam the door in their face.....kind of like them hanging up when I answer their calls.....maybe then they will remove my name like requested.

Another call from this company.  They talk to my answering machine.  Caller id shows UNKNOWN NAME.  They ask for my husband then for me and then hang on the line a little while and then hang up.  I have already reported to the FCC.  Guess I will continue until the FCC tells me to stop filing reports.  From what I understand this company sells solar which I already have.

They just called no message; I also use http://whocalld.com/ to help ID these so and so's and this one looks like it was out of Corona CA marketing Solar Energy  systems...
