This is California green energy. I know they got my number from T-mobile because it's a cell phone on a family plan and they keep asking for someone by my step-dad's last name, which isn't mine. I told them they have the wrong number and to remove me from their call list and the first caller said,  "Ok, we'll call back" & hung up. The next caller said they will call me every hour because I was rude,  and the second time she called,  I told her to stop calling and her response was to repeat, "make me" several times. Clearly these people area class act, although I don't know what else you'd expect from a company song to defraud buyers and the government for the green act incentives and tax breaks.

Have asked this company for months I am not interested... remove me from list. Obviously doesn't work. David, from California green energy center.

get calls from this number daily two or three times a day they continue to call even after we told them that person doesn't live here they won't quit bugging don't do business with these people they're scumbags

I get that same call all the time and have attempted to track down the address since live close by.  The government only goes after the real scammers.  The ones actually scamming people of money.  These fly by nighters are only an irritant. Now if you signed up for solar panels thru them and something went array then something may happen especially if it happened more than once.  
If my taxpayer $$$$ was being used to track down some piddly a$$ person selling solar panels I would be much more irritated than the phone call.  I realize my 15 sec phone call isn't the most important thing in the whole scheme of things.
