This is a fake United Healthcare SCAM trying to get information about you.  CallerSmart says the number is either FAKE or DOES NOT EXIST.

This is from United Health Care.  They want your birthdate to confirm they are speaking with the correct person.  I have Medicare Advantage coverage through United Health Care and they aggravate me to death with phone calls like I'm an invalid ready to jump in the grave!  I wish to God they would just leave me alone, but they are legitimate.  I never answer their calls....LOL. The caller ID shows Norwood Young America, MN.  That's where the UHC office of harassment his located.

I received a phone message from United Healthcare saying they were following up on a refill reminder email, and to please call them.   In the first place, I've received no refill reminder emails from United Healthcare.  In the 2nd place, United Healthcare has no clue as to what prescriptions I no longer take, due to doctors orders. Usually, I would consider this call to be a scam, but United Healthcare's phone calls are getting to be a nuisance and I ignore them completely.   If UC is unaware my healthcare needs are being taken care of, they are not checking my person account.

Robo caller said it was UHC calling about a refill email I recently received. I did not have any recent email from them. They gave a different number to call back. When I called that number, I was prompted for my date of birth. I hung up and called UHC customer service. They could not confirm that either number belonged to UHC (the number the call came from or the call back number). They said there was no record of recent important issues on my account. Seems a bit sketchy.

Received a phone call on a Sunday afternoon. Caller ID showed United Healthcare 952-213-6095. I let it go to voicemail. The message stated "Hi, this is United Healthcare calling for David Zxxxxx. We are following up on a refill reminder email. Please call us at 877-515-0872 from the phone number you received this message on for more information. Thank you for being a United Healthcare member". I recently enrolled in an AARP United Healthcare medicare advantage plan. How did this robocaller know my name and number and that I am a United Healthcare member? It makes me wonder if they were hacked.

Got a call identified as United Healthcare needing my birthdate to confirm med refill. Stated wrong information received  could not verify at this time.

This is the first time I received this call.  When the robot asked for my date of birth I was about to block the call but it cut out on me.  Caller said United Health Care and I should reorder a prescription.

got a call which I screened. made it sound like it was from my ins. co. It isn't. Gave me a number to call back and said to use phone I received the call on. RED FLAG.

SCAMMER CALL...DO NOT ANSWER!!!  Scammer call using United Health Care as spoofed Caller ID name.  The message left calls you by name and then asks you to call 877-515-0872.  First piece of information they want is your birth date, in order to commit some criminal activity, like identity theft!  DO NOT BE FOOLED!  Just getting a call like this, supposedly from United Health Care on a SUNDAY, ON MOTHER'S DAY NO LESS, IS NOT LEGITIMATE!!  This call is brought to you by SCAMMERS!!!!!

They called about prescription refill email.  Knew my name, needed B-day to verify.  I made the mistake of giving B-day. I do have UHC and  I do have a script ready at my pharmacy to be picked up.

Asks for b/date to be entered on keypad. Voice is a credible sounding replica of UHC female’s voice. Complete fraud!

Caller ID said UnitedHealthCare, which is my Medicare Advantage Provider. It wanted my DOB entered, as others on the website have stated. Today is a Sunday.

This is a legitimate United Health Care prescription reminder number.  A message was left a with callback number that is also legitimate.  The callback will connect you with UHC mail order pharmacy Optum RX if you desire.

This may be a legitimate UHC number but that doesn't mean all calls from it are from UHC. Or have you somehow never heard of phone number spoofing? And why are you even here? Do you often look up known phone numbers when there's no logical reason to do so?

Received a recorded message asking for my dob and stating that I have a outstanding bill. What are they talking about. I don't answer unnone numbers.
