Got a call while on the bus for a small debt from T-Mobile. Was pretty reasonable and not a all rude, and willing to take a call back when I was in a better position to look over my budget. Unfortunately, he was gone when I tried to call back. I fear I should have to write a letter.

I spoke to them and asked them to cease calls and send me any correspondence by mail..so far so gr8

I get maybe 20 calls a day from this company. I have a debt of like 100 bucks to a phone company. and i've been paying them! If anything, when i pay off this bill i WILL NOT be sending it to these low life people at BCR! A bunch of people who you can never understand and are rude.

They just started calling me, I won't answer the phone, I watched the phone for how long they let it ring, it was over 10x, they are only allowed to let the phone ring 6x. If BCR is a troll looking for info., about their company, I will not answer my phone, you can call me how many times you want too.

This company has lost their mind. I told them I was waiting on the company who previously had this bill to send me more info on the bill. This was a credit card for $500 now the bill is 1600. I paid around 900 to pay this bill off and they said i have late bills I need to take care of. I told them I would pay 50 a week and she told me it was unacceptable. She wanted to know when i would get my income tax check!!!!

Who do I need to report them to.....

Do what I do.... Download a silent ringer and make it theres hehe. Sry, but its a temp solution for now.

these people called at 8am saturday morning and hung up when i answered. I'm the wrong person for [***] like this! I have nothing better to do this week then make sure they don't call my house again!

these people have called my parents house looking for me even though i do not live there. today they called twice looking for me and i told them to not call me at their home phone#.i hung up on them once and they called back so    i hung up again! they said i have a debt with wells fargo.i did not give out any information to them

BRC (952) 259-1101. Collections Agency. Called to collect on a checking account with Wells Fargo that was negative.

Do not call me. They stated they cdo collections for cell phone companies, credit cards, and banks. I owe no money to of these. I do have a medical debt.

Called and hung up.

I received a late call during dinner. I owe no one anything as I am 73yrs. old taking care of my only adult child who is disabled from cancer. We have no debt.  Apparently my last name is the same name of someone who owes money. Jerks.

hey folks, if you get calls on your cell phone, there is technology to block the calls.  on your home land line, buy an phone like the wireless units that have call block option.  they call once, you save that number, put it on your call block list.  you will get a short ring and then it dissappears.  they will always get a busy signal.  I get a chuckle every time I hear the short ring, then I look up the number and post instructions to help other folks escape these jerks.  aloha!

The people are collectors it is there job to try to get money out of dead beats I get that. But there not human or nice and are assuming all are liars and hiding. There is no working with them. They will be rude to you. Demand. They don't care if it not you, you ask a question they snap at you and demand info without telling you a thing. I still don't know who there collecting from....which company?? I don't even know who they are collecting from  they are so wrapped up in who answer the phone and not even if it the right person. Very unprofessional. I did bill collecting years ago it isn't a fun job but make sure you work with the people and not just attack who picks up the phone. Many are willing to work with you if you let them. Attack and they shut down. I don't know why we have do not call list and get calls and laws stating if it not you they can't call and they still do. If owe a bill go to the source and DO NOT PAY THE COLLECTOR. That way they don't get kick backs for there harassment. Pay debtor directly. Some free advise.  BCR is not a good company read there feedback on people who have delt with them. My opinion.  My ex-husband has a loan with wells fargo and is late I think that why they bugging me but I don't know. And he is an Ex.... Duh!  (shakes head)
