They said they taking my check in 2 days

954-379-7294(caller I.D says Private)  Man left voice mail....says I better call him within 2 days or he will garnish my check and the legal trouble will begin  He never left his name or the business he was from.

I got the same phone call.  Claimed his name was William Jacobs from Brown and Smith Lawfirm.

I just received a call from this person. I couldn't understand the name but could understand that he is going to take me to court.

Got this call at work. Now tell me who is this who calls you at work and threatens you? This seems like some kind of spammer.

I got this call from Brown and Smith saying his name was William Jacobs and that he was going to garnish my wages and that if I didn't return the call in 2 days legal matters would begin.  This has to be a scam. Don't fall for it.

There is no Brown and Smith Law firm, these people are from India threatening to file a law suit.  First, send a copy of your complaint to CBI director Ranjit Sinha (India) and to , they go by several different law firm names, all of which are scams.  Nigeria has FBI offices, to date, there has been 419 people deported as a result of scamming US persons.  They have been sued (cross borders) - bring your complaints to the Federal Trade Commission, the FBI and your states Attorney Generals Office.

Add 561-257-4644 to your block list as well, same creep in heavy accent stating same threat.  I have personally added my name to a class action lawsuit against these foreign jerks!

Phone  # 954-379-7294   call  from  william  jacob  law  firm   calls  and  left  me  a  threating   message  that  if  in  2  days  if  I  do  not   return  the  call  will    sue  me  and   garnish my  pay  check  and  has  my   social  security  #  etc    ,   and  was  also  threatining  that   it  will  be  a  large  law  suit  ,   I  do not even  know  who   why ,   because  I  do not  get   involved  with  anybody   or  agrue  or  fight  with  any one   ,   i  am  an  happy  person and  easy  going  ,   so  somone  better  get  this   person  and  find  or  let  me   know   who  this  person  is  and  why   is  he  threatning  messages  to  every  one

I received the same phone call and I was wondering who I could contact to help me out with this matter. The Jacob guy has threatened to garnish my wages amongst other threats.

Got a call this morning from this foreign man speaking broken up English on my answering machine threatening to sue me and garnish my wages. And said to get ready for legal actions. What a joke!!! Plz don't fall victim to these pathetic people.

Received a call from a foreigner threatening me to call back within two days or my attorney needs to call him or they will garnish my wages. Please don't fall for this call good people....

I too received a phone call from this joker informing me "you'd better call me in two days or else get ready for a legal battle." Really? Bring your A game and do your worst. I haven't any financial worries nor do I have any enemies. I haven't broken any laws outside of being an habitual speeder, an I'm right with the IRS. William Jacobs, and by the accent I'm guessing not your real name, get a life, get a JOB and stop trying to scare people out of their hard earned money.

I got a call on my cell phone and he left a message saying he was going to garnish my wages if I didn't call him back within 2 days.  He had a foreign accent.

I recieved this call this morning. Called the # they gave me and left a message the guy told me I recieved a cash advance loan and I didn't pay it back. I did no such thing. He has my home address and email he says he will forward all the docs to me. I am really scared. What do I do?

I got a call from Brown and Smith law firm @ this #561-257-4644 threatening to sue me and if I didn't call back with in 2 days he would garnish my wages. The # he told me to call is 9543797294. After reading all of these posts I don't know what to think. He says its for an advancement loan I never paid back, I never have gotten a loan for anything in my life. Help what do I do. Scared!!

Don't do anything Amy, it is a scam!!  They are just trying to get people to give up their private information so they can use your identity.  Don't talk with them and don't return their calls.

Got this same threatening call. He didn't even sound like a professional. I hope they catch him. I hope no one returns these calls and gives up any of their information.
