Received a call from them but can't find any info on the company.... No info for number either... Told me I owe a debt from 2013 that I never took out. ( Payday Loan ) through Shoreline Online?????

I was served with a summons from this company. I went to court and had to pay them 1967.23. my loan was only for 400.00. but I had to pay for all there court cost too. I don't think that is fair.

got a call from a process server they left this number. I ignored the call thinking it was a scam and two days later. I was served. I have court next week. I called the number and it was for a loan I took out two years ago. the loan was only 250.00. but I am being sued for 1677.59. I don't understand how they can do this.

Cheektowaga ny court the judge is Dennis Gorski and the company suing me is gti holdings llc they called my mom they couldn't find me I will let you know how it goes

GTI Holdings seems to be a payday loan place, located in Wilmington, DE
The Cheektowaga, NY Town Justice Court has a judge by the name you gave.
The Cheektowaga, NY Town Justice Court also makes this statement for their small claims court:
"Small Claims is an informal court where individuals can sue for money damages only up to $3,000 maximum in the Town and Village Court. Claims over $3000 but not exceeding $5,000 can be direct to a City Court.  The person or business MUST reside or have an office for business in the Town of Cheektowaga."

GTI Holdings does not seem to have an office in the Town of Cheektowaga.

Also, Payday loans are illegal in New York State. It is a violation of New York State law to make payday loans in-person, by telephone, or over the Internet. It is also illegal for a debt collector to collect, or attempt to collect, on a payday loan in New York State.
