Call on cell from 954-429-5750 on 12/16/19, Caller ID said "No Name." ROBOCALLER male voice said he was "James Marshall,, Customer Service, Manager" and to call back 213-822-5511. Same SCAM about a supposed subscription and to call within 48 hours. 8 screens of complaints on 800notes.com. Reporting to Do Not Call complaints website.

calls consistantly for weeks. I dont ansewer anymore.  I ansewered once said dont call here no more or take me off list but no response. Now I just dont ansewr.

I received two of these calls exactly like stated, being $399 or cancel within 48 hours.  Only the phone number now is 646-349-8569 which is a New York number prefix 646 which can be purchased by anyone who wants their business to show as being in New York.   Previously, vtech was in Florida, and is out of business now.  I have never had any dealings with vtech.  This is a scam, and there are 33 complaints on BBB, but BBB could not reach anyone to check it out.  Phone numbers disconnected.

Why would they PURCHASE a New York phone number when all they need to do is SPOOF whatever number they want?

Same info but would be charged $249.99 at VTech. New # 213-655-7511. An LA area code.

Yeah, Charlie Peterson, customer relations manager, is still at it but using spoofed numbers now.
