I received a text message from this number that a Dr. Lopez wanted to discuss my test results.  Hours of operation given and the words "THIS IS NOT SPAM" were included.  I got an automated answer and put on hold for 3 minutes and hung up.

“Please call Dr. Lopez's office regarding your screening results.”
Text was from 954-323-2731 to call 954-440-6856.
I’m more concerned about them knowing that I’ve recently screened, isn’t that supposed to be privileged information?

I received the same text as everyone else. My employer gave me this number (888) 382-2281 which was answered and then told me my labs were being held by Philip Lopez at the 954 number. I was told that I was not found anywhere in the system by my first and last name however, the 888 number was able to pull me up by my Social Security number. When I tried to call the 954 number back I was blocked. And now I have to somehow convince my employer that this scam is happening.

Got this text message today:

Please call Dr. Lopez's office regarding your test  results. We are calling you on behalf of Escreen.
This requires a conversation. Please call our office number, 9544406856. Our business hours are 9:00 AM  EST-
5:00 PM EST. This is not spam.

Thankfully i looked up the number before engaging. It is a complete scam and its crazy because he has a website as well. Ive seen people saying they reported him to the FBI and the police two years ago, if that is the case it’s unfortunate that he is still operating these scams. Stay vigilant!!!

I called the lab where I took and they said they use Eacreen which is where this Doctor Lopez is apparently affiliated with, I also found out they have multiple law suits going against them

I received the same text message. Was put on hold for over 15min. Now realizing its a scam how do they know i just took a drug test? Thats my biggest concern

Unfortunately, it is not a scam.  If you look at your chain of custody for that you signed on the day of your drug screen under Step 1 Part B you will see Doctor Philip A Lopez listed as the medical review officer. This is the one who reviews the drug screens for approx. 26,000 companies in the US and Canada.  Don't make the same mistake I did and not call back.  I lost the opportunity for a job I really needed.  I had to find out the hard way it's not a scam.

What doubly weird is that I got an email yesterday saying that all of my occupational health screenings have been cleared. So i’m confused as to why the day after I get this text message

MROEXPRESS is running a scam alongside with their legitimate business. Tammy Lopez claims she doesn't know who Dr. Phillip Lopez (her husband) is. Confront them about the text and they hang up on you. they live in a multi million dollar mansion and hide their side business behind shell companies while they are running these schemes
