- Labcorp verified replies to Tygerkat| 1 replyI called the number and there was no answer so I was looking to see if there were any other numbers associated.
- Tygerkat replies to Labcorp verifiedWouldn't it have made more sense to contact LabCorp instead of checking on a phone number look-up site?
- BigA replies to B09301993Interesting how you plagiarized the post made by "Brittany W", probably minutes before your copyright infringement.

- Edward mirelesI called his main number and as soon as I asked to speak with him they said its a different business and said i had the wrong number and hung up. Weird experience. This whole clearing house thing is fake. I got an email saying I had a violation a month after the drug test. Then I was never notified or did I speak to anyone. Ive called 3 of his numbers and the other ones are disconnected.

- Margaret MartinThey called today regarding lab work I just had done for a new job and to call back Dr Lopez's office. I had to go back and redo my TB test yesterday with Nova, and the lab they use is Quest, otherwise the rest of it was done 3 days prior. The caller knew the name of the hiring company, they've never heard of him.

- CABCAB| 7 repliesI received a text message 11 days after taking a random DOD drug test. The message directed me to call Dr. Lopez regarding my recent DOD drug test at 954-592-8912.
Knowing I am absolutely clean and having no concerns, I thought it was strange a doctor would, following the text, then call me after 7 pm in the evening 3 times back to back without leaving a voicemail. I returned the call and left a voicemail. I did not hear anything until a day later, Sunday, about 1230 in the afternoon. When I answered, the man told me his name is Dr. Lopez regarding my DOD drug test and needed me to confirm my date of birth and DOD ID number. Thankfully I had researched the number and name as this seemed far from the standard and the locations of the calls changed from Eustis, FL to Deerfield, FL to Coral Springs, FL. I let him know that his name and number are all over the internet as a scam and I would not be providing him with any information. He ignored all of that and went on to ask me again for my personal information. I ended it with my employer will contact me with anything they need regarding my test results.
I reported it to my DOD employer today who encouraged me to file a complaint with the FBI and FTC. My drug test was in eastern Virginia and there is a Dr. Lopez in Florida and the number is directly tracked back to him. Also, this number has been reported for IRS scams. Perhaps someone has scammed the owner of the number, Dr. Lopez. However, these reports date back to 2017 and 2019 so I am definitely going to pursue this incident with the authorities.- Caller: Dr Lopez

- Ivo SkoricSome Dr Lopez from that number left a message on my home number wrongly spelling my first name. I did not understand the word he said except for his name and the phone number. With area code in Florida (I am in Vermont), I assumed it is some sort of scam/spam. So I will just ignore it.

- LouGaux replies to CABCAB| 6 repliesHi, curious if anything has come of this or if you have any updates. I had a similar situation with this man, last year, when he claimed my hair test had tested positive for cocaine, which is impossible, but it cost me a job. I am currently involved in a lawsuit. It would help me in my case to know if you learned any more about this scam.
