I can't imagine a legitimate drug testing company would contact someone before normal business hours so you might want to reach out to the company you applied to and ask them about this.

That person posted here in February 2022.  Why do you think that he will return after a year?  How do you know that his lawyer is licensed to practice law in your state?  Why can't you simply find a lawyer in your town to handle this?  Any post with a personal email address is taken down by the mods for obvious reasons.  Asking for personal information is also suspect.

Might want to find a different one, re-read that last sentence. You know you can tell your attorney what you want them to do, right?

He is a real doctor that’s how I almost fell for his scam! Confirm with your employer BEFORE calling back. MROs do reach out in case you have any medications show up but Dr. Lopez calls and asks for your social and birthday probably selling information??? Do not give him any information!!!! Talk to your HR department directly first. Again he is a real doctor but either someone is impersonating him/ stole his number or he is the scam artist!

Hmmm.....If you read Joe's post you'll note that he posted almost 2 years ago.  Not likely he will be back to answer your question.  In addition, if you read BigA's post above, you'll note that personal information is likely to be removed if posted.  Not a good idea to post your email on a public forum.  If you had an employment screening and you received a message from this physician, why not call and find out what it's about?

This pos Dr just called me Friday saying the same thing. About my drug screen. An I know Iam clean! My question is how is he getting people’s jobs if he’s fake!? Why is this guy still able to ruin peoples life’s!? What do you know!? What can we do!?
