Health insurance scammer !!!   They sound nice, and the guy sells you a policy that sounds great, but at the end you'll find out that it doesn't comply with Obamacare requirements, so you'll be socked with a penalty on your tax return!!!  Don't give them any information or apply to get insurance with these people.... They're also listed on ripoffreport.com, which should tell you to not do ANY  business with them whatsoever !!!!!!

Total scam. They told me that they found an insurance policy for me, they gave me all of the info about it, so I accepted the offer and gave them all of my info for a post-dated payment for the policy. When I tried calling back, no one would answer or it would be an automated answer leaving me on hold forever. Now I cannot stop the payment or do anything until the money is taken from my account. Even so, they still have all of my info.

Thanks so much for all your comments. I found your comments very helpful while I was on the phone with them as the guy asked for my credit card info for a post dated payment, I declined after I found no companies under the sudonym (Simple Health).

I'm in the same boat, although payments haven't been taken out of my bank account, and it's been a few weeks. I'm not sure what to do now. No one's contacted me since the initial phone call.

I was on line looking for insurance. Filled out several apps to get quotes. My phone rang and it was from a broker saying her was looking at my app. Said he could find me the best price for my health insurance. Told me how much and that it was one of the biggest health insurance companies around. I said okay gave him my info and thenwwas transfered to another person to get my medical history. After I hung up I realize I did not have any info but the name of the insurance company. Tried to call both the broker and the rep center. Got a recording and put hold. Finally looked the insurance company up and called their main office. The woman told me they don't sell their insurance in the state I live in. Looked this number and realized I had been scammed. Went the bank my debit has been closed. They can not get any money but the have my SS#.  Hope this helps other people so they don't have this happen to them.

Scam.  They are bogus, and from my searches on the internet, you do get  health insurance, perhaps, but it almost never covers claims.  Frustrated because they called me right after I submitted an inquiry about health insurance from the google search.  My investigation of this company revealed that a subscriber must pay ALL bills first and place a claim to recover the insurance covered portion of money spent.  Everyone complained that they didn't get their money refunded that they spent for health services or medications.  I cancelled my debit card and closed my checking account.  Now I'm hoping that precaution prevents that parasite company from stealing from me.  Figured there was a problem when I tried to get a list of benefits and a copy of the policy from them after signing up.  They insisted that it would arrive in an email, once my payment cleared at the end of the month.  What ?  I don't get to see what I bought until AFTER I pay for it?  Very fishy.  So I tried to contact them and that's when they became impossible to talk to.  Hang ups, Hold for 20 minutes then a hang up.  No one available, or passed from one person to another with my call finally being dropped.  Please realize that this company is not genuine, not a credible company, and NOT one that satisfies the requirements under the affordable health care act -- You will still be be fined a penalty.  It's designed to rip off as much money as they can, under the disguise of an insurance co.   Very very worried about identity theft, now.

Anyone cold calling you to sell "health insurance" is a scam.  The people with the Affordable Care Act don't call it "Obamacare".  They are required by law to offer certain things in the policy.  You don't have to pay up front to get the information.  If you gave them more than your bank information, I would be very worried.  File a fraud alert with the three major credit bureaus to start.  Monitor your credit reports.

If you feel you SSN has been compromised, in addition to putting a fraud alert at the 3 credit bureaus, you may want to notify the IRS.  Here is the link, fill out the proper form (probably 14039):

I called one of the credit bureaus. They took my info and will pass it to the other bureaus. They put freeze on your ss#. No one can try to use it. U get a pin number if u need to apply for any loans so they know it is you trying to get the loan. They also let you know if some one is trying to use your ss#

Yes, I called my bank immediately after I read all the reviews and told them to cancel any further transactions with that card and ordered a new one! Hope the don't find a way to get my money.

Did not read this until I had already given all my info - had another bogus policy before this and was trying to get insurance not blanket coverage or ripped off again. Could not reach rep that I had spoken with when I called back. Kept being told he was on another line, could not speak to supervisor, etc... I feel sick and stupid. Not buying anything from anyone that I cannot physically look at and go into their office.

Same thing is happening to me as we speak! This guy was so nice then when i tried to see if my dr's office was on here i couldn't find them, while i was researching them online i discovered the ripoff report. Now i am on hold with the link saying "please hold on until a customer service gets on the line' so now i'm not going to be able to get through!!! Did you ever get your money back!???

First sounded legit but after i said i changed mymind & was going to shop around instead. I got several Extremely fishy phone calls! I had given names birthdays & debit card info, was transferred to talk to someone else & Suddenly something inside me said its not right! Called and cancelled bank card immediately & found this feed after googling their #.... they did call me within seconds of filling out for a free quote online.

They keep calling my phone and harassing me trying to sell an insurance policy. I told them to remove me from their calling list and they continue to harass me.
