I got a call from Jim he told me I was pre approved for two loan, I explained to him my credit situation he said everything was fine, I was told I have to have $510 in my banck account for 10-14 days, that they wouldnt touch the money but the lenders wanted to see that I had the money in my account.  when I had the money I called back I was then transfered to Kelly in proceesing she asked me if I wanted a cheque mailed to me or direct deposit, I told her send me a cheque as I dont like given people access to my back account. At that point her tone of voice changed and suddenly I needed to go through their credit repair program because there were a few things on my credit and it would cost $492 but I would get that money back when i get my loan they would add it on, I think she said that because at that point I was starting to become suspicious and was changing my mind, I explained to them I had been scamed before and didnt want to go through this again she reassured me over and over again saying her mother used the program and everything worked out, so against my better judgement I trusted what she was saying. I was then put on to Lindsay at Credit one repair and went through their process which I was told would only take 3 to 4 weeks 30 days maximum. The process took over 3 months which I had to make several calls send dozens of emails, from Lindsay then to Nisha then to someone else and Finally a call form Andrew stating my file was complete and they would pass it back along to Unsecured. I did get an email from Unsecured with an application to file out but prior to filling it out it states that you cannot have had a bankruptcy ever which from the start I stated I had years ago...I have been calling Mike and leaving messages but from reading what I just have I know not to expect any response from him, they already got what they wanted an now its on to the next desperate victim!!!!!! also note, Jim doesnt work there anymore, neither Lindsay, nor Kelly..how convenient....

I was reading your message and I also talk to a Justin at Liberty unsecured loans, They said to me I was approved for $30,000 thousand and ask me to send them $2000 dollars to received my loan. after that they kept calling me and they said they would lower the price to $500 but stress I had to pay it as soon as possible so my loan amount would not expire. After pressing me to go to Western Union and Money Gram
and keep insisting when I'am I going to send the money upfront in order to received the loan, That did not sit well with me and I try to send the money through money gram which payment did not go through for security reasons then I realize these Liberty Unsecured is a SCAM. and if you need to forward this to the Internet Fraud department you have my permission to do just that.

YES THEY ARE ON THE LIST OF SCAM LENDERS!!!!!!!!!  Dont be fooled by the scam they try to sell.  I was and go ...not walk but run to  your bank and report them.  I also have contacted the BBB and filed a case along with local law enforcement.  I never even went past the first page of the starting the loan.. they were so eager to get my 499.29 that Wenda Moore took routing numbers and account numbers over the phone prior to sending any paperwork.  I was told over and over that it was 100% refundable if I wasnt satisfied with the terms.  I start to smell and rat and if it walks like a rat, talks like a rat and smells like a rat.. its a rat.  STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY  I am still fighting for my 499.29 refundable fee back what a joke.  My bank is doing an ivestigation.

And further more.... an "upstanding" company would not charge a fee until you were happy with the terms or approved.  I deeply regret doing business with Liberty Unsecured Loans  I was hounded by phone that I was preapproved by Wenda Moore and Marc.  This company is criminal and I would RUN the other way.

I'm starting to think its a scam that's using Liberty's info. Like an overseas robodialing. No one ever called me and said I was approved, I called them. I spoke with a George and he walked me through everything.  The number George called from had a 754 area code. They never said I had to repair my credit, the 499.08 was lender fees. Liberty Unsecured Loans Inc is a broker that finds lenders. I originally wanted a $5k personal loan, and he said he could check. After 2 mins on hold, he said no way with mine and my fiances credit,  but we could get $3500....and the interest is expensive because its unsecured. 30% on every $1000, which is understandable. ..why I followed through. They did a virtual check and its logged with my bank.Its been 5 days since everything has been submitted, and I'm still waiting. ...I feel like I'm stuck between a rock amd a hard place.  However, if this company is truly a scam, why would they leave a paper trail!?

This place is unbelievable!! I will also be calling my bank to get a report filed and pray to God the people that work for Liberty Unsecured will pay for stealing from hard working folks that need help in the hard times we are having!! Please other innocent people out there, do not fall for this SCAM!!!! I understand people need jobs, but I could not sleep at night knowing I work for a company that is really stealing hard earned money and no job is worth that on my that. Wenda Moore is a huge liar!! If you call and she happens to answer she will try to tell you her name is Lisa!! I could not even believe that she did that!!
