Caller ID said "Out of Area" though the area code is local.  I did not answer, caller left no message.

Same as others, Colorado D says out of area even though the local area code. Caller/robot left no message.

Rang three times before I answered on my mobile phone. The rude caller hung up after I said hello.

By the way, if you can't afford those Home Security Systems with monthly rates, you can get the following at Walmart; GE 45117 Wireless Alarm w/ Programable Keypad for around $13 (3 AAA)(for entrance- delay on when you leave) and two pac of GE 45115 Wireless Window Alarms for around $10....they also indicate when the batteries are getting low... wonderful discovery..

They have called my cell phone 10 times today all day. I tried calling the number back from my landline and a few times I could not call it back. Then one time I tried again and it says the survey has ended and hung up call.

Robo-message/Marketing/SPAM! It's an obvious BLOCK, but if you're sick & tired of researching and blocking these idiots, PLEASE start reporting the numbers to the FCC! Use one or both addresses below (the second one is different from the Do Not Call report complaint form) - If these numbers get enough FILED complaints, the FCC AND your phone carrier can actually attempt to do something about it. Bookmark these addresses and (after you report them to the community on here) just go submit a complaint for every single one of these BS calls you receive! You might as well if you're already doing the legwork to research the number anyway! (Plus, it will probably make you feel better to try to screw them!)
