Just submitted a complaint with the attorney general for my state. Tired of dealing with this place and their refusal to remove us from their system. We owe them no debt and they aren't even calling for us anyways. They keep asking for someone else we've never met.

This number called me once, left a message of music playing, then proceeded to call me directly back. Bernard is his name and he wanted me to pay off a debt from my visit to St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Pete. I had talked to someone a few months back from a different number and was told i paid it off in full, yet now they are claiming I was only charged for $100, instead of $200. I'll have to look through my statements from my credit card now to find out. Bernard was very nice however, and said he'd send a statement to my other home address where i can look it over more, instead of calling me back in 30 days.

keep getting phone call on my cell phone from 954-874-9920 - NOT A CLUE WHO IT IS

I received harrassing phone calls from a previous debt collector for Aubray Timmons a few months ago and finally reported them to the BBB. Only then did the calls cease after their illegal activity toward me! (Calling on weekend, outside of legal contact hours, not informing me who they were and working for, etc).
Now, I just received a call from this new debt agency for the same person. They were a lot easier to deal with and they said they'd take my number off of this person's account but that they get their list from somewhere else. They were looking for Aubray Timmons and had gotten her account information from Baptist Medical Center (not sure where that's located, but I think perhaps Jacksonville, FL). I'm worried they'll end up treating me like the other agency did, but we'll see.

I understand that this agency is just trying to do their job, however; it's the rudness of the collectors. They will over-talk you, not listen to what you're trying to say and they get nasty if you try and calm them down.

I got a call from them today, and beleive me it was the worse type of attitudes that I have ever dealt with. I do not owe them the money and if I did, they shouldn't be down talking anyone.
I finally hung up on them, then called back to talk to management and guess what! They transferred me to voice mail.

They call my home number every week, but when I check the answering machine, they don't identify themselves nor do they say for whom the call is intended.  Therefore, I refuse to waste my time calling a company which so unprofessional.  

Not very efficient, are they???

I just called them and advised that I spoke with George Guilder( owner of the company for 954-874-9920)and through letter correspondance George Guilder had me call to have them remove my name.The woman on the other line apologized and said they will remove it immediately.

You all might want to try that. Just make sure you mention the name George Guilder.

got a call from this number trying to collect on a medical bill from South FL Baptist Hosp i have payment arragements on - have not missed a payment - !!! Only 200.00 left to pay !!!!  Accounts Receivable Management

Yes, ORH's first step is to send your account to an internal "collection agency," in which they are not. It is a small department right inside of the patient accounting office. If this fake "collection agency" has your your account, your account has not been turned over to a real agency, the fake agency cannot do not and cannot (legally) do anything to your credit--and they know this. It's all a lie--I know, I worked there for over 10 years.

Once an account reaches 180+ days, they then WILL forward it out to a real collection agency who ORH is legally contracted with and who WILL report you to the credit agency and jack up your credit.

Anytime they call incorrectly.  You let them know you are reporting them to the FDCPA.  THis agency tracts collectors and puts them in a world of hurt if they are not following the fair credit collection act.  Watch how fast they either snap to or hang up when you mention that agency

i got a phone call from these people. i do not know these people. asked for someone i dont know. how can you make these people stop calling ? did not identify the company name.

actually you will want to report the person if they do not identify them self or company they represent to The Federal Trade Commission (FTC). A correction to "yeahuh" comment. a couple posts above.

I got a call from this number a few days ago on my cell phone.  I picked up the call, it asked for a name I'd never heard of, then went back to ringing through.  I hung up on the call, haven't heard anything since.  Maybe they have changed their tactics?

This number just calls my phone repeatedly and leaves nasty messages but they never identify the Co. name.

This number keeps calling me asking to verify my social and telling me I owe them money before they file criminal charges, advised them to stop contacting me if they felt I owed a bill to mail it the address they have on file. Still recieving calls 10-20 times a day.
