I filled it out with vague info! And did my research. We waited to see if he would ask for money off the bat and he did when we asked to view the house. Who charges to go look at the inside of a house. And on zillow the listing was different price then what this guy was selling.

Hi I had a funny filling about this person so I told my mom I was gonna do my own investigation on him. Turns out I was right an your text just confirmed it all cuz he's using the same name and e-mail just different phone number. Imma report him this needs to stop

I told my mother before she gave any money are information to them imma do my own investigation. He's using the same name an e-mail address just a different number asking her to send him 4000 to get the place 5months free rent 900 a month after that. I told my mother imma keep everything an report him as soon as I get enough evidence screen shot everyone who I see on this list that's he used the same name an everything so I can have proof I'm still in contact with him he doesn't know I know it's a scam

Good luck getting "all the evidence". He's not going to give you anything more than you already have and that's likely false anyway.

I also saw the listing of property on Facebook 17 June 2020. The property adress is 6631 green heaven dr Sacramento rent was 920$. He showed his name Michael Muniz and story to move to Florida. He asked for the money but we become suspicious so we didn’t pay anything. He went by the name of Michael Muniz. Same email, lawre3266@gmail.com, but different number this time, +1 2013753628. We have to report somewhere.

Yeah he is trying to say that he has a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house and he has the same email address but a different phone number 682 703 0023 he tried to say him and his wife are in Florida and he works for a governmental place and that he does have the code to the lock box that we could go check it out at any time but like you said he must have went there with the real Realtors for a tour and remember their lockbox code number so yeah this dude to scam I almost gave him $1,800 before I decided to look him up be careful watch out out for this guy

This person is trying to scam people, saying they have a rental for $900 in mesquite Tx. We almost fell for it, but after looking up the number I’m so glad I came across this page.

OMG! I am so glad I Googled the email because he sent me the same message today. I saw the listing on Facebook and the number he put to contact is (682) 703-0088. Below is the message I was emailed.

He did the same thing in our area. But of course he used a different name it was for a property in Florida similar story that he had recently moved just scam and people trying to get money

This person is a scammer. He falsely stated that he had a house for rent in Florida. Just trying to get money from folks. I found that he scammed other folks as well
