Got a call from this number, I didn't answer. No message left.

SPAM.  Credit company trying to get you to use them.  I have no debt and my credit is excellent.  They use dozens of different phone numbers.  Law enforcement should arrest these people, and let the people shoot the [***]!!

Did not pick up. Left voice mail. Said they had been authorized by my credit card companies to offer me this special service to lower my credit card rates to 1.9%.  Funny thing... I have NO credit cards. Not one. Nada.  Cut them all up ten years ago. So I just added them to an extra number ID'd as "Spammer" on my smart phone and will never answer them.

Called me while I was sleeping this morning. Didn't pick up. No voicemail.

Called at work, so I had to answer. It was a recording stating that they would install a free security system for allowing a small sign in my yard.  I pressed 9 to be taken off their call list, but I've learned that usually doesn't work.

They have called me too.  Is there a way to block these calls on your cell phone?

just got a call on my cell phone from this number but did not answer because it's outside my local calling area and i don't want to use up my pre-paid minutes

Received call from this number.  Didn't answer, they left a voice mail saying my credit card companies authorized this.  My card companies would never do that....

Dont pick up - they'll know they have a working number if you do. Likewise, Do not call them back with your number blocked and push 1 - it unblockes your number so they can see it. And if you call them back with it unblocked it'll alway show up on there caller ID. they use fake number generators so your phone will show a different number than the one they are really calling from - any number or city they want you to think they are in, when if fact they could be anywhere in the world - even overseas !
Whenever they identify your number as a working residentual (non buisiness) number they will add it to their list, then you'll begin recieving a flood of telemarketing calls from varios fake numbers all hours of the day seven days a week for several weeks. Once you quit answering long distance numbers they'll start faking numbers from your own area code.

971-220-1050 - - called me on my cell phone - which is listed as a "no call" number.   I am filing this complaint on Jan. 19, 2012.

No voice...no message...unsolicited call received. Perhaps a class action complaint from this forum to the FCC for harrassmenent, stalking should be considered. Then, a civil action against PAC-WEST TELECOMM for misue of of the airwaves to spam, harrass & stalk.

I got this call not my area code. Wired . So it most likely fraud.beware.
