Yes, the 'do not call' list is a TOTAL joke!  This is another number (they literally have hundreds) that will call 4-5 times a day...for weeks..then they try another of their many hundreds of numbers....You can't 'block' all of them.  It is about as annoying as it gets.  Where the hell is the regulation on these 'clowns'???

Just got a call from this number too.  Said "Services".  When answered, dead line.  I'm also on Do Not Call list

I just rec'd a call and hung up before the recorded voice finished. Why with so many complaints are they still active????

Took your advice and filed a complaint- I am so tired of them calling. I also left a message at the end and stated why can't they stop this company with so many complaints?  I would think it would be easy for a govt agency to track the number. Hope EVERYONE calls and complains!

If they are calling about cc rates, this is absolutely most definintely a scam.  How do I know?

Harrassing calls 5 per day...

I was signing up on the do not call list because of constant annoyance from 407-954-2568, aka Florida, when I received the call from 971-220-1429, aka Services.  What a pain in the arss!  I wish something could be done about this harassment...doubt it!

They called three, four, or five times in the last two days. They're using different numbers for each call, so it's getting hard to keep track. Are they paying off the phones cos. for the ability to fake their Caller ID name and number?

I just received a call from this number, nothing was said on the other line and I hung up.  I called the number back and there was no ring.

SECOND call from these idiots. My mother wanted to talk to a person, so she pressed 0. Someone came on, male, said in a really fast voice, "I understand you want to..." she said, "You understand that I want to do WHAT?"  Person hung up.

Yeah, WE understand that we're on the "do not call list" so PLEASE stop calling us. We are NOT interested.

Sheesh, sounds like I need to complain AGAIN to the FTC.

Have gotten several of these calls that read service 9712201429 When you pick up nobody was on.

I also have been getting calls from this number on my caller id.This time I recieved a call from this number I answered it and.  I spoke to a real person and when I asked him to please never call my house again he began to swear at me.  These people should be shut down.  What happened to being on a do not call list.  It doesn't seem to stop these people

I'm continually getting calls from these annoying scammers. Caller ID now just says 971-220-1429.

I am on the DNC list.  This number, 971-220-1429, an Oregon number calls 5-7 times a week.  I never answer.  It is a company that purportedly wants to lower credit card interest rates.  I have no credit card

I am so sick of these calls.  I am on the DO NOT CALL list.  Every time I get one of these calls, I add them to my auto forwarding list of phone #s.  I auto forward them all to another telemarketer phone #.

Got a call again today. Hit 1 to talk to a representative but she hung up when I started to tell her I don't own a credit card. Called back, constant busy signal....go figure. Will be calling everday to let them see how it is. Maybe they will get the picture...doubt it. I have an auto dialing program on my computer and plan on calling and hanging up just like they do. About 6 months ought to do!!!! Ha Ha.
