We are on the Do Not Call list and they still keep calling!

I have been on the Do Not Call list for a long time.  I even logged in and updated my numbers on the list again about 4 months ago.  I still got a call offering a security system from this number in Gresham OR.  Some telemarketers pay absolutely NO ATTENTION to the Do Not Call list.

call back reveals this is a disconnected number. Spoof caller ID, obviously, to avoid repercussions of calling people on DNC list.

I have been receiving phone calls for a few months now.  Each time a different number, and a different state.  I never answer them.  Today I got a call first from Beaverton , OR 971-217-9515.  Then later I received a call from Gresham, OR, 971-220-1938.  I too am on the do not call list.  So that tells me that it is only a scammer trying to get a credit card that doesn't exist.  I have not credit cards you fools.  As a new number shows up I block it.  Let's see so far I have gotten calls from around 10 different states.  I wonder what state they will try to call me from next?Here are several other numbers if you are interested in writing them down.  Not that they are in use anymore.  206-496-0483, 914-373-7134, 435-238-7786, 913-384-6885, 404-891-6885, 619-502-7256, 999-910-0103, 202-599-8470

The call began with a recorded message about the FBI. I hung up.

A partial message was left on my answering machine to press 9 if I wished to be removed from the calling list.  The caller ID said Gresham OR.  I too, am on a DNC list.

I read the other posts, and have in the past received calls (a recording) who states it's Rachel from Card Servics.  It directs you to enter a number to talk.  I always hang up.

I wish these pests would go away!!!

It's ironic, I've been getting calls from a guy (Telemarketer for a security system) named Pat located in the Northern part of Oregon for over a year, sometimes two to three times a day.  He doesn't take no for an answer.  I have filed complaints and he quits calling using the phone in the complaint.  A week or two goes by and the calls begin again.  The difference is the phone number and the company name have changed, but the same guy calls from the same part Oregon. He has used three different phone numbers 971-220-XXXX.  I don't bother to acknowledge his calls anymore, because everything I've tried hasn't stopped the calls.

These scammers called again leaving another useless voicemail.  "We'll give you a free security system in exchange for placing our sign in your front yard."  What a load of crap!  What exactly does that sign say.  "Sucker"!!!  These jerkwads are looking for more suckers every day that they can stick all their "hidden fees" on.  What they say isn't free after all.  And they really expect people to trust them?  I wouldn't trust them with a cent.

These people are so annoying and they keep calling me!! I've pressed 9 to be put on the do not call list and they still call. I press1 to get a live person to tell them to stop calling me and they hang up on me, jerks!! I filed a complaint today with the FTC, as I am also registered on the do not call list. I do not want your free alarm system or a sign on my lawn you [***]!!

Robot call for a home security system. Have had this phone # for 3+ years and am on the DNC list. Am reporting them.

DNC list doesn't work.  These scam artists do not care about the law and neither does the FTC.

I got the same call--illegal recorded call re alarms--pressed 9--DNC has not worked for me since it started--it's a waste of time to report calls--as for people blocking calls--AT&T stopped allowing that many years ago--sure would like to know how they do it

Got a call from this number. Caller ID said "Servicing". They left message on answering machine similar to what others have written. When I called number back (using *67) got a recording saying "This number owned by Pacific somethingoranother is not in service or has been disconnected." Iam on the federal DO NOT CALL list.

Same message as everyone else regarding a free security system.  We are on the "do not call list", which has done no good against many of these type of calls.  I've told him numerous times to stop calling and that I have reported him.  Nothing seems to work.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Voicemail about reducing student loan debt. I've been on the DNC list for years, so I assume anyone calling me from a number I don't know is a scam. Caller ID said "Local Number"; I'm definitely not local to Oregon!

I've asked this "security company" to stop calling.  They continue to call.  I finally told the guy I had a great security system than never fails and it's made by Smith and Wesson.  I told him DONT EVER call me again.  Today I got the FBI Warning telemarketing recording.  Maybe an FCC and BBB complaint will help??

I ask to speak to a manager at which time Carlos says he's it. I start to explain all the calls that I'm receiving at which time he hangs up on me and then I get slammed with call after call after call.

I got 2 phone calls within 14 minutes of each other telling me about some meeting at a hotel in Bountiful Utah, and when I call the number back it says it's a disconnected number. I can't understand the company name that they say is calling, but it sound foreign. I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and do not appreciate that my number gets leaked out. Maybe a background check needs to be done on the employees that work for the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, because they are probably selling our numbers to stupid telemarketing companies.!!!
