- Not Important| 1 reply972-301-3798 -aka- 888-415-0004 -aka- 817-317-7392 just called our business for the 6th time (Six Times!) in two days asking for the previous owner by name. They have been told repeatedly that the previous owner is not here, nor has he ever been involved with the company name that they are asking for. Our secretary, as well as myself (the Owner) have informed them that we are NOT interested in their services, and yet they keep calling. Caller ID shows up as CPP. Company is called Certified Payment Processing -aka- CPP Recruiting -aka- TMG -aka- Certified Payment Processing -aka- TransTech Merchant Group -aka- Summit Merchant Solutions -aka- First American Payment Systems. Their web address is : www.cpp-360.com, and they are located at : 3350 Boyington Dr, Carrollton, TX 75006, as well as at : 300 Burnett Plaza, Suite 300 Carrolton, Texas. On a scale of A+ to F with the BBB they have an F. Be sure to look them up on the BBB, RipOffReport, MerchantMaverick, etc. Will be be blocking all of their numbers and reporting their calls as harassment, since they clearly do not honor polite removal requests. Nothing but scumbags.

- Tom WalkerCPP calls my number at least once per day. I answer every time and politely ask them to remove me from their call list, as I have no affiliation with their interests. They continue to call from various (301) area code phone numbers. Call operators are often rude or simply hang up mid-call.

- Rosa B.Darn it! I filed a complaint with the FTC against this CPP place in February. They were calling me from the number 972-428-5200. When I filed the complaint, I had accidentally erased all of the previous calls off from my caller ID and hadn't gotten a chance to count them, but I did have the count of 36 calls on 2/20 and 14 calls on 2/23! They called me 36 times in one day!!! This is when I found out about *78 from my phone company, Century Link, to block a certain number of calls, I think it's 25. Anyway, that was short lived, now they started calling me from this number on July 6th! [***]!!! I think I will be making another call to the FTC.

- DALA/SussexCalled company back and they have a voice mail saying they are "Certified Payment Processing". Assuming they are doing a business call, they are in violation of the fed and state "do not call". Reported and blocked.
Strangely a number 972-301-1798 also called with the ID of "IEX Corporation" very recently. Suspect spoofing.- Caller: CPP

- TormentingTelemarketersCalled again. Typical moronic "May I speak to the owner" first thing out of their mouth. No name, no company affiliation, just the presumption that I'm stupid enough to transfer the call to the owner (I am, but decided not to admit that to them). Said they were from "Express Processing", which is one of their alternate names. Did mention card processing, and did admit they weren't a current vendor, but also said this wasn't a sales call (lie). They wouldn't actually say what the call was about, just that it was a "business matter". Uh huh...
They have an F rating with the BBB, which you can read here:
http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/cr ... ton-tx-90016633
Several of the complaints are for telemarketing reasons. So filing with the BBB, while helping others avoid this company, doesn't appear to bother the company. Also, several of the complaints are with the product and service, and appear to indicate that the sales reps misrepresent the fees/etc that will be charged. Instead of dealing with the deceptive marketing and representations, they continually start referencing the agreement and clauses about "no verbal agreements or representations have been made", which actually, they HAVE been made by the sales rep in order to close the sale.
They seem to know absolutely nothing about sales to companies with even the most simple of gatekeepers, along with the multiple complaints of sales misrepresentations, which leads me to believe they prey on small businesses. My opinion: Never, ever do business with this company.- Caller: Express Processing AKA Certified Payment Processing

- scottCalled at exactly 8:05 am and asked for my wife. We were both in bed asleep. I told them it was only 8 here and the male voice said its 9 here in Texas and we can call you. Started into some sales pitch for I don't know what, finally figured it out, credit card processing. They called for a business that I only hold real estate with, that I am closing, and also I am retired. Total pains in the rear. I don't usually answer long distance calls that early, but thought it might be a family emergency.

- TormentingTelemarketersSince it seems they have a hard time getting around gatekeepers (due to incompetence IMHO), they now are just trying to verify the business address so someone can show up unsolicited and pitch their stuff.
Maybe I ought to let them come over, and ask them about their BBB rating?- Caller: CPP AKA Express Processing

- B| 1 replyReceived a call from 19723013798 Company CPP. at 9:10 AM. Man said he that a woman would be calling
on me at my address, and he said my address, regarding Master Card & Visa payment processing. When I tried to tell him I was not interested., he got very rude and brought God into it and told me he hoped I stayed as successful as I
thought I was and to have a nice day in a rude and condescending tone. Very challenging and tried to talk
right over me. This is a scam call and I would never do business with these people. I think they are just trying
to get your personal information.- Caller: CPP

- JackThese pinheads must work for a bag of peanuts per day and a [***] slap at the end of each workday. They must be using the same phone lists since the rotary dial phone was introduced. And always with the same pitch about speaking to the "owner". The owner of WHAT? Idiots.
- 9723013798This number is such a harassment!!! I am so frustrated, when I've asked them to stop calling and these rude idiots wont stop! What's the point in a do not call list, when they call, call, call!! A joke! No protection!

- MikeI strongly suggest everyone in this thread get online and lodge a complaint with the FCC. Here is the link: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/requests/new You must sign in BUT if we all do this we can get these idiots formally fined until they stop. The FCC doesn't take care of individual complaints so everyone who sees this that gets calls from this company please file a complaint. Once the FCC gets enough complaints they file action against these companies.
