The agents are basically appointment setters.  They appear to be getting so desperate that they aren't even asking anymore.  Just confirming the address, and then telling the 'salesman' that it's a hot lead.

They called me again, asking for the Owner (no name or other introduction).  Asked who was calling, and they said "Express Payments" (a CPP alias name).  Asked if they were AKA CPP, and she confirmed that yes, they were.  Asked if they were the company with the 'F' with the BBB?  <click>  Hello?  Short but sweet.  Wonder if they will call back?

I think more people ought to ask them about their F rating with the BBB.  They seem to enjoy that.

Believe it or not - they called back!  Agent actually didn't hang up as quick this time...

Called here today.  Previous calls I did not answer.  African American male, with ghetto accent and noise in the background.  Any and every time these slobs ask "for the owner" you can be sure it is a solicitor.  Rude, obnoxious, no better than the door to door salesmen.  Worse in fact, because they sit at a desk in air conditioning, munching on Fritos, dialing random numbers, getting fat and making very little money.

They called again today. but I let it just ring.

they  stopped for a couple of weeks . now they are at it again. they call and hang up.there should be a law against these types of people.they  never leave a message. what I do now is if I see them on my ID. I quickly disconnect them.

Also asked me for the owner or co-owner.  Told them he was not available (even though it is me) and asked if I could be of assistance.  "No, I need to speak to an owner.  I'll try back." and she hung up.  Added that number to my reject list.  Unfortunately, there's thousands more numbers calling with this sort of BS.  Talk about a waste of American productivity!

Who ever is calling from this number needs to stop this is harassment.  We are tired of getting 8 to 10 calls a day from them

calls every day several times a day and is very annoying.  I called it back one time and the person said that they would quit calling me but they haven't

These people(Certified Payment Processing) called me today 34 times between 11 am and 430 pm. The caller ID reads: "Express".  I have blocked their number but hear the ring once.  This goes on for days on end despite being on the do not call list.  I am on both the person and business do not call list and it matters not.

I notified Certified Payment Processing yesterday through a message to their sales department on their website and actually got a response!  I did tell them I had filed complaints against them.  The guy that emailed me promised to take my phone number off of their lists.  You might try this.  He is:

Different approaches blocking does not seem to help disturbing we cannot get rid of these callers! Is this the U.S. !

Ha!  I just told her do not call this number again,  She said "Do not get an attitude ever again!"  I Said Excuse me?  She said "you are Excused!"

Caller ID: Express. Based on other reviews being a CPP and considering I just got a CPP call from a different number 10 min ago, I didn't answer.
