No one is going to deliver any papers to you.  No legitimate process server notifies you in advance that he/or she is going to serve you.  Just a scare tactic.

Good old Amy strikes again.  That lady doesn't give up.  Isn't she aware of something called the Internet?   She always calls representing either Accufile or T& H.  Which are basically  the same thing.  

Fishing around with her stupid scams--waiting to see  who'll bite.

She's located in Riverside California; amazing person, being able to call from two different states. Means she can be in three places at more or less the same time.  

She not only doesn't give up with her scams; she refuses to change her name and she's splattered all over the Internet.  If it even is the same person.

Received same message. Called 800-340-5219  Vince Adams (heavy Brooklyn accent) answered and told me he was trying to collect a phone bill from 1996. Really!! Offered to let me off if I paid a reduced amount today. Bad thing is he did have some personal info. I told him to resend info, he said "no , they only send it once"  sounds shady.

Received exact same message you did. When I called the number she gave me to talk to client she was representing (800-340-5219) , it was an Eric Rosenberg from t&h financial. FRAUD

I've been getting this call ever since I began helping a woman escaping from domestic violence. I think it's being used to track.

I've  been receiving this call for the last two weeks from a texas phone  number  (15127924390) the message  says :
Hello, my name is Barbara Jhonson with the private servicing division of Accu-File.  I'm calling in regards to a formal complaint that requires your immediate attention.  I have documents that are scheduled to be delivered to your residence or place of employment.  Please have a valid identification to ensure proper delivery of the documents.  If you or your attorney have questions regarding this  this matter you can contact our client directly at 18557673702

I got the same call. I'm a lawyer. No one would notify you that papers would be served on you. A process server doesn't require identification. It's laughable and a scam. By the way, the statute of limitations on consumer debt is three years in most jurisdictions. I don't owe money. Scam.

Amy O'Neil is a fake. I'm 17 and currently don't own credit,  saying I need a lawyer. This is a major scam

I get 4 calls from Amy O'Neil (accu file) everyday. She is a fraud and I'm tired of having to erase her fraudulent messages.

This  number (239) 676-3874 keep  calling  me  all  the  time . Can anyone  put  a stop  to  these  scammers?
