I am now into my second trial month of my "Making Home Affordable" plan. I have to make 3 payments on time, and then I will go into a full modification. BoA warned me that I would probably still get collection calls during this period so I wasn't surprised to get this call today. I don't call the number back, I just call BoA periodically to make sure everything is going smoothly. My brother-in-law just went through a full modification with the plan so I would have to say that it does work. He was only 2 months behind and I was 6 so... Anyway, don't bother calling this number back if you are currently in a modification state with BoA. As far as them asking for the same info, over and over...they did that every time with me and I just got in the habit of providing it.

I am an ex employee, by their choice to continue to acquire companies instead of deserving customers. I have called them 3 times, all three been told something different and because I am an ex employee my files are locked from what I submitted for the "Making Homes Affordable" oh yeah and by the way they put my house in foreclosure without notifying me. I told them they could have the house, too many issues and too costly...hahaha JERKS!!!

Constant calls on my caller ID. I have no loan dealings with Bank of America nor anyone else. No message is ever left. Have no mortgage and no  debts. I only buy when I have the money.

Today is the first time I received a call from this number 972-498-5099; they never left a message and when I made the attempt of calling back to find out who it was it belonged to a voice mail that you were unable to leave messages on.   If this is in fact BofA a/k/a useless and frauds then they have completely ignored and conveniently misplaced all my loan modification packages that I have sent over the past year.  Each time stating they never received them.  However, I have not heard one word from BofA in nearly a year!   I am now going through an attorney for Bankruptcy w/ Loss Mit due to their incompetency - and they have NEVER sent me the package so ordered by the NJ Attorney General's office to assist New Jersey homeowners with foreclosure prevention.

you people kill me!!! if you pay your bills then you wont have to worry about the calls. then you go on line and bash people who pay their bills. what? are all you crying [***] adults above paying what you owe? i looked the wrong number up see these comments from a bunch of childish adults trying to find loop holes to screw people out of money. here is a idea.......GROW UP AND PAY YOUR BILLS!!!!!
