They constantly call, three, four five times a day. When you answer it is a robo call. When you call the number back and punch in the code they give you they then ask for your zip code and say it is not the correct person. The harassment is terrible

It called me saying it was my credit card company and that i had a late fee balance for not paying it last month. The funny part was when i called back it just said " this call mighe be recorded for training purposes" and thats it it just remained silent. Then i got my statement bill and called my company of the credit card and nope its a false number plus i had a $0 balance to pay! Def do not give out your info to this number!!

Received a call at 1350 hours on 24 July 2016 from 972-653-3003 suppose to be from CITI.  I called the number back and ask why did they call me...they could not tell me....I had Verizon to block all calls from this number effective this date and time.  I am on the DO NOT CALL List, however, that makes no different to these idiots.  You have to remember that banks do not call about credit card payments on the weekend.

After receiving several automized voicemails to call them I dialed this number and got a citibank recording and when I was transferred to a guy he asked me for my name which I gave him and then my account # right up front.  I said I don't have it, so he asked for my social security number.  I said NO WAY!  Then, he said he couldn't get into my account without the information and how about the last 4 digits.  I told him I would wait for another call when they have my account up in front of them and hung up.   Sounds like a great Christmas time scam to me.  Beware!

Not a scam. I had a call from this number claiming to be CitiBank regarding a credit account, asking me to call back with a 6-digit passcode. I did and then it asked for my zip code. I hung up and called CitiBank, with whom I have an Exxon Mobil gas card. They verified it was a legitimate CitiBank-sanctioned call because my account was 1 day past due. Whenever you get a call like this, hang up immediately and call your financial institution directly to verify.

Today I received 3 calls: 8:12am, 12:12pm & 5:43pm......I'm never going to answer, wish I could get rid of them calling 3x's a day. We cancelled our card 8 months ago & there is no monies owed!! I feel vary harassed.

It is from CITIBANK. Obnoxious. I do NOT even have an account with them. Asked them to stop calling my number, they said fine, what is your account number? YOU [***]--I do NOT have an account with you, take my number off. They then said my number was not in their system. Well, why is it called 3 times/day and messages left. NO PROBLEM, Just blocked them PERMANENTLY with Google Voice.

I don't have an account with Citi, but they say I'm past due. No way to talk with a human. Bogus.

Got a call from this number. Said I was behind on my ExxonMobil card. Wanted full payment today. I hung up and called ExxonMobil. SCAM!!!

Kept receiving same calls,. I downloaded the app call blocker. It's wonderful.  I see where they tried however app keeps the calls from coming through.

Received the call at 8:42am.  We don't answer suspicious calls - ever.
No message was left.
Now blocked.

They keep calling numerous times a day, shows Citi bank (I have no accounts with Citi bank!). Robo dial and caller ID helps: the phone rings once and that's it. Still, VERY annoying.

Called my 215 area code mobile phone number on 2017-07-12 at 8:58am EDT.   I did not answer.  Caller did not leave voice mail.   CallerID was the phone number, Caller location: Irving, Texas.  I am not a Citi customer.

Barrage of calls 7 days a week, repeatedly

Same as the others: no accounts with Citibank, but repeated calls. Blocked the number. That should do it.

Caller ID shows Citi, we never answer cause that phone line is not working and we don't have any outstanding accounts with Citibank.

Obnoxious amount of none stop calls and messages.  They are calling on my Big-O credit card which has had a balance on it for months!  I called Big-O and it is a SCAM!  They are blowing up my voice mail even though I have them blocked.  Why hasn't something been done it looks like it has been going on for years.  I reported them to the FCC I suggest others do the same.
