- Quick Brown FoxAn unwanted call from this Irving TX number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, a recorded woman's voice claimed to be Citibank inquiring about a certain credit card (that I do not carry) and directing a return call to an 866 area code number.

If it's important, If the name of an institution calls that I think MAY be legitimate, I call the number I have for them or I look it up and ask the rep about it. (Also, I figure if it's important, they will leave a message.)
