This number alled and left a message that they were with a Dr. Fuselier questioning a law suit and a case in Harris county Texas. They are from Dallas and I am not from Harris county. I think they can go pound sand.

Caller ID said 972-931-6100, which is Fuselier & Assoc Financial, a debt negotiation company in Richardson, TX. Website: http://www.fuselierdebtrelief.com/. Ph. # on website: 866-931-6100. They probably are not the first people you'd hear from if you really had a lawsuit filed against you.

The domain registration records show it is registered by "Plonka Interactive" which I figure is a third-party service that handles all the details of domain registration and computer server services for Fuselier.

Calling to my used car business and said I have a lawsuit from Dr. Fusalier and give a case number. She said it is from Mitt County? I am from Mass.

Said I had a lawsuit filed in Tennessee Circuit Court and left a case number.  Sounds like a hoax to me!

Received a call from these clowns as well (Texas), wanted to speak to the owner regarding a lawsuit, I too am from Dade county Florida  I said the owner is not here and hung up. I want a document in the mail.

Said i had a pending lawsuit.  When iI ask her position in the company, she said she stated that she was in sales. Different Twist on the old debt collector. Beware

"Ginny" from F & Assc needed to speak to "the owner" about a lawsuit filed in XX County (50 miles away). Yeah, sure! She left her number. She was pretending to be very forceful and scary. Offered to spell Co name. I humored her. Pretty much the same as already been written above. Corp owners' names are public record, so... liars and scammers.

Said there’s a “business legal matter” filed “in a Chicago suburban court” against my LLC. Told me to call back and reference case # 426185. Got the name of the LLC completely wrong, using a combination of the address as the name. Must not realize she’s trying to scam a law firm.

just received the same call everyone else is stating above. this is Katherine at fuselier and associates , i am calling about a business legal matter filed against your firm blah blah blah, even said my name and asked to call back case number 435837. Our corporate retained lawyer already stated this is a fraud and not to worry about them. they left this number 972-931-6100. They need to be investigated!
