Got the same call twice at my work about a 'business lawsuit' . The contact's name was Tina and she gave a reference number 457127. Luckily I was on vacation and had a chance to get all this feedback. I will not be calling back!!

Same thing here as everyone else. She said there is a law suit against my company. Hung up on her. Get a real JOB!

Katherine from this company left a message on our VM Friday afternoon about a lawsuit against our company and the owner; Case #484003.  Thanks so much to all those that have previously posted so I know there are no worries and I don't need to return the call.  I'm surprised to see that the case numbers that are being left in messages are all different!  Figured they wouldn't be that smart, LOL!

Receieved a call to my business from Katherine. Stated she was with fuselier snd associates law firm regarding a criminal case that was filed with Bryan County District Court, which is oklahoma. I am in Texas, and I happen to be a police officer. Beware of this scam.

Thanks everyone for the info.  I got a call from this number today.  Asked if I was the owner and hung up.  Some people will prey on others instead of making an honest living

A woman asking for the Owner with a Tough Voice and said it's about a Lawsuit. I asking who they represented and she said no one. I told her no one is here for her to speak with and that i just answer the phone, if she does not represent anyone, then why is she calling?

What a scam. They claimed there was a law suit against us. They had no clue what our address was, who the owner of the business was.  They are scammers!  Just another thief trying to take your money. I agree they should be investigated!!

They left several messages, called and told me i need to call them back regarding lawsuit filed in Johnson Co Texas against my company... Hey...Fueiler (spelling who care) & Associates,...hey dummies...I live in Florida!!!!!Nice try...

Jenny has called multiple times this week....for our company wanted to help with a "lawsuit," from "International Inc" Super creative... pathetic.

Our LLC had multiple calls from this number from Tina. I had a lawyer friend call and the person who answered the initial call hung up on her once she stated who she was and why she was calling. She called back 3 more times and the call was auto rejected. The 4th time, she reluctantly answered the phone. My friend asked where they were getting this information from and she said, courthousenews.com! She whispered it so low I could hear her anxiety. I asked to speak to the Supervisor and that person was confident and determined in defending their practices. This is awful to anyone who falls for it. You have to be legally served in a lawsuit, just FYI.

received a similar call as the ones above. The girl is calling from Fuselier & Associates about a "legal matter" and claimed there was a lawsuit against our business. She gave me a case number #581116. We're an architectural firm with many attorneys on call and they all agree that these scammers need to be stopped before they steal from an unwitting small business owner!
