First time, to my memory of receiving a call from this number, but one, is much too many! When will we control our services and not some greedy, corrupt, corporation, or so-called "Non-Profit" looking for a hand-out. or politician looking for campaign funds, like they don't already make more than we can afford.

They called 4 times today.  Knew my husband's first name.  I am very rude to these people!  Blocked the number, but I can only block 12 numbers with Comcast.  <sigh>  These phone solicitations are getting worse and should be illegal.  Nobody wants them!!!

How do we report these calls to the FCC?  The "Breast Cancer Am 973-333-4331" is a total scam.  Called me at 8:30 on a Saturday morning....when I told her telemarketing calls weren't allowed before 9:00AM...she got real smart mouthed and told me charities were exempt...and she'd call back later.   She did...three more times!

Caller ID indicated: "Breast Cancer AM."   And this was at 8:10 am.  Left no message.
Therefore blocked it.  Probably another scammer.  This gets old.

Latest call from this number was at 8:20 AM.  When I picked up, a voice asked, "Is the lady of the house home?"  I hung up.  Caller ID said Breast Cancer AM.  Will block this number going forward.

Called and hung up when answering machine picked up.
Blocked.

Too bad I have to signal my family members because they do not have caller ID.  Never make a donation over the phone.  I am not ever going to answer.  They are taking from people who have had or do have cancer.  Shame, shame, shame on them!

8:29 am ----little early for crap calls

The worst ever!  Relentless 2 times a day. Answered today "you are harder to reach than the last cookie in the cookie jar" with a goofy Midwestern accent. Blasted that [***] hour later came up on id. Calling from 973 333 4331. Help!

This is one of the most annoying calling outfit around.  My DNC listing is worthless.  They ought to be put in jail.

Charities, along with some Survey's and Political calls, are exempt from the DNC, however, they can still get into trouble for not placing you on a internal DNC when asked, you can also check your states laws in regards.  Some states have different laws in regards to the calls,  which can differ from the federal.  At present, Oregon appears to be the only state that does not allow charity calls.

Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or less. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Another scam charity that keeps most of the donations they get , giving a very small portion to the actual charity.

These people are  relentless.  They call a few times a day morning noon & night.  It is so frustrating. They need to get a real job and stop harassing people. Such cowards, they never leave a message

Only legit charities are exempt from the do not call list.  This place is NOT a real charity.  Look up their name on Charity Navigator and/or look up their phone number.  They're not even a registered charity.  Scum of the earth frauds - ugh!
