Number is a Local Access Landline in Boonton, NJ, a far suburb of Newark just North of Parsippany- Troy Hills.  "Local Access" is an alternative phone company that operates an exchange on your property and accesses the phone network through their own leased line, probably a VOiP operation.  Their home office is at 11442 Lake Butler Blvd, Windemere FL 34786.  Google Street View shows this address to be non-existent - a driveway leading into a construction area for apartment buildings, possibly including stripmall shops.  See https://goo.gl/maps/uTSRVpm23ET2

   If you dont recognize the name/number, DO NOT ANSWER. If you happen to answer, DO NOT RESPOND IN ANY WAY; NOT BY VOICE, SELECTED NUMBER OR CALL BACK! After all, they are scammers and you dont really know what you answered or consented to do, give or buy, for which your number may be billed.
    Scamming and phishing only works if there is a market (target, sucker). They are bottom feeders that have no limits, conscience,  mothers, or legislation  (DNC) except you.
   Legitimate caller will be identified, will leave a name, message, and call back number, giving you the option to respond.
   I wish all the TV stations would run programs at prime times on scams and cautions; how to report and deal with them. That would be public service in public interest, and hopefully, make these scammers into real losers.

Solar panel scam. It does not mater if you are on the DNC because they are robo calling crooks trying to steal your money.

called no msg, just registered for dnc list last week and have a significant less amt of telemarketers, this is only 2nd one i've gotten but thanks for heads up, just flagged this one.

Caller ID was "Boonton."  Presumed telemarketer.

PSEG scam.     Too bad I'm Duke Energy.
