Says it is Anthem, BCBS health insurance.

Phone message from the 978-552-6118 claiming to be Anthem BCBS.  Wanting to review information.  Asked me to call 833-805-1253.   Not intending to make that call.

I received the same call as “G”.
I am very hard of hearing and I have to listen to messages several times to even understand.
Anthem has my file and they have known for years I only use my phone for internet and texting.
I really don’t think this is anthem and will not call even if I could communicate with the caller.

RoBo call. Claims to be Anthem BCBS. Wants me to verify my birthday. Hung up immediately.

Claimed to be Anthem BC/BS and left number to call back. Like a dummy I did as it's the 1st of the year. Asked me to confirm my phone number that the message was left on, with every fiber of my being screaming DON'T DO IT, I did. It said they couldn't find my records under that number and needed more info. I hung up and called Anthem's # on the back of my card, was told it wasn't them and was given the Federal Trade Commission's # and website. Am filing complaint now. Jesus, I hate thieves and con artists.

Got the same recorded message claiming to be Anthem and requesting that I call them back at 833-805-1253 regarding some important issue. I do not have Anthem BC/BS. These scams persist  lucratively in $millions for adept criminals who convince individuals to impart personal information. NEVER give out personal information on the phone.

Same as all above. Starts with birthday 19? And then zipcode?  Called Anthem was told they never use robocalls to clients.

I got a call from this number today saying they are from BCBS Anthem. They left a message to call another. It's a scam.

They've called, my phone identifies it as spam. I ignore it, they leave a message-- same as all the other complaints. I ignore it. They call back again every three days. I've had anthem BCBS for years. They know everything about me they need to.

Says BCBS of TN            Massachusetts number My opinion to steal info. Says call back 833-805-1321. Get a real job thieves!   KEEP REPORTING & mayb they will get free room & board.

I got the same call asking me to verify my date of Birth I hung up on them.

Voicemail claiming to be from BCBS and needing more information with a different number to call. Total scam

Got a call from ANTHEM BCBS asking if I was K.......... ...........(my name); They insisted I say yes or no, but I would not because I know people can use your yes or no answers to scam a person in some way; so instead I said, this is K......... (my name); not good enough for them; asked several times to answer yes or no; when I did not, robo caller wanted me to call them back at: (833) 805-1253; this is a scam! Don't answer, or if you do, hang up!
