Robo-call about auto warranty expiration. It is NOT legitimate; I have no cars under warrenty.

First I received a letter about my warranty expiration and then a call from this number mentioning the letter. I have no warranty and my car is 17 years old. I was asked to press my choice of number for whatever service I needed. I am on the do not call list for tele marketers so isn't this breaking that law? I threw away that letter but ASSOC came up on my caller ID.

Phone rang, and when I answered it, a ladies voice started babbling about how my vehicle warranty is about to expire.  If I pushed the #1 I would be sent to a warranty specialist.  Instead I hung up. I called the number back, and left a very detailed message about how I hated there method of calling my number.

This is not a legtimate call. Do not answer their questions or give them any information.

These [***] called me and my beautiful girlfriend tonight!  Neither one of us have cars under warranty therefore, we were both suspicious.  My g.f. starting asking questions.  The man on the phone hung up on her!

I have repeatedly asked to be taken off their call list, yet they continue to call.  The last time the called I told them exactly this, and threatened to report them, and they hung up on me.  We have 10 year old vehicles that do not qualify for any warranties.  How do these people get out unlisted phone number????????

First, I hate telemarketers.  978-570-2200 - we tried to get off the list, but can't.  Turned around on them when we got through and asked "Since you called us, which of our vehicles is coming off warranty?  Which one do we need help with?"  They hung up...LOL

our phone is unlisted and unpublished...a privilege forwhich the phone companies charge an extra $1.50 per month for.  and we STILL get these calls...here's how.  Big computer "autodials" a particular exchange.  So let's say they start in the 443 area code.  They will se for a 624 exchange, and the computer dials "443-624-0000".  If no one picks up, it will automatically dial "443-624-0001" and so on until some unsuspecting person picks up.  Then the phone on the desk of someone at teh call center will ring (waking the poor guy out of a deep sleep probably) and that's who you talk to.

978 570 2200 I have gotten many calls several times a day saying car warranty is running when person came on phone I said I have 5 cars our household has which one are you talking about she asked me to tell her all the years so she picked the newest 1996 I told her when my car breaks down I go to a gas station where they have people who are certified to work on my cars and why should I have to pay monthly payments to you and only find out they don't cover the things that normally would break on your car so the person hung up but they still keep calling

These people keep calling my home, been going on for months, this is a new number, the numbers are different all the time. I go into people home to do survey's, I walked into a woman's house, this same lady was on her phone, it was a recorded message. Same message that I was receiveing for sometime, then it will switch to a man's voice also recorded.  I just got a call this morning, was no answer, but was the 978-570-2200 # Also has to do with a car warrenty. Someone should stop them.  I am sure someone believes them....I don't.

Lmao, I pressed one to talk to this specialist or whatever. I asked him how did he even know to call me, did he know if I even had a vehicle. He asked what kind of vehicle I had, and I told him a truck. he said, "A truck? hahaha" and hung up.

This number has called my residence about 50 plus times with a pre-recorded auto warranty message. I have called several times and asked to speak with a supervisor and they hang up on me. The calls are all hours of the day and night and have been going on for months now. I would report to the Better Business Bureau but cannot determine the business.

This is a different number, these fools have called me from a local number as well as an 800 number. Don't these people realize that by calling me I will NEVER have any interest in what they do, even if they become legit?

Same thing as everyone gets, they try to fast talk and sell me a warranty. I have tried being nice and being rude, they hang up on me either way. My phone company refuses to give the name of this company to me and caller block will not block their #(also they keep changing it).
I hope someone can figure out how to get rid of these people.

if you do finaly get through and explain that your car is too old, and the warranty must be expired by now, they say to ignore the call.  they prey on the elderly and charge them outrageous fees for a service they do not provide.

Caller ID just says 'Assoc'..  I do not answer calls I do not know but seeing everyone else's post I'm getting the 'warranty' calls.  I also am getting calls from a 'warranty' company with a TN of 213 363-5127.  Report them to the FCC if you are on the 'Do Not Call List'
