I'm fed up to have them call and letting the phone ring for about 15 times. I've answered once and told them to leave me alone... I wonder what part of NO they don't understand.

Card holder services.
Script very similar to several calls I have received where I have asked not to be called again.  Of course this is a different phone number and the corporate identity is generic enough that I have no reason to believe it is technically the same company.
After a machine tells you how urgent this last chance opportunity is there is no option to be put on a do not call list.  When the operator finishes his pitch the line goes dead as soon as I started a question.  (ie I didn't say yes to his first question.)

Just another spoofed number from the scamming [***] in India. Nothing you can do, blocking them isn't effective because every day they have a new number displayed.

I got a call from this number also; my answering machine picked up & no message left.  I have a Panasonic phone which has a "black list" feature, so I added the number to the list based on your information.  (The phone recognizes unwanted calls from unwanted numbers and hangs up immediately).

I just noticed that 800Notes has posted an article on the "Lower Your Interest Rate" robocall scam; here it is:

We keep getting calls from this number.  we answer.  No one there.  Usually around 8:30 p.m.

I got a call from this number for Card Holder Services.

I pressed yes to speak to someone and I asked for their number. He asked why, I told him, he started to cuss me out.

Meh, I'm reporting this spoofed number to the CRTC anyways.

I did the same thing - pressed 9

Her: Did you press 9 to lower your interest rates?
Me:  No, I pressed 9 to find out what company was calling. What company are you calling from, please?
Her: This is Card Services, Accelerated Savings. Would you like to lower your interest rates?
Me:  No, but I'd like to know what number I can contact you at... <click>

Got a call from this number. I did not answer.

Telemarketer, didn't answer

I got the call from card holder services, and get them pretty much every second day. One time I got fed up and pressed 9. He comes on and says

You pressed 9 to lower your interest rate?
I said We are on the national do not call list, so please take me off your list.
he  -    that list is a f**king joke, f**k you and f**k that list.it's a f**king joke my friend, that list is a f*,*,*,*,king joke.
and click,he hung up

so today I press 9 when they called today, and got the name of him first(Ray), and asked to be taken off the list and click, he hung up.
I have reported it, but by the amount of calls we get and the amount of other people who get them, I imagine they will just continue for some time, and don't know if anyone can do anything about it.

These idiots called me this morning..I was told at the place where i complained that this is a credit card scam..I've told them not to call me anymore, but they keep on calling me almost everyday...I am sick and tired of these SCAMMERS..I am writing down all the phone numbers from which they call me from to write a letter to the authorities..These are the other numbers from which they call me from:  978-570-2339, 603-214-3304, 603-214-3648, 909-724-1122, 978-570-2268

Yes they do just switch numbers and keep calling once you tell them where 2 go

This call has the name "massachusetts", and call about twice a week. have call display so did not pick up. very annoying, and do not call list is not working.

Have been receiving call daily from this number and the area code 603 numbers also reported by others, no message is left

Saw this number a couple times over the last few weeks - husband answered tonight said he was busy - they are supposed to call back. Now that I know the scoop, we won't answer again.  Like I'd give out credit information over the phone anyway!!  Duh!!

call came in they left no message, checked this web site; and sure enough another scam ..........
