Calls every day,just air when I pick up, maybe a click or two,mostly silence

Someone called me from 978-570-2269 & said it's their final attempt to relieve me of credit card debt, and the program will expire soon.  I don't have any credit card debt.  The number that they left to call was 800-461-7054. I called it a few times just to see what response I would get, and I got several strange responses.  Obviously this is some sort of telemarketing scam.

I got a call today.  We would like for you to go our website and donate.  This was at 7:51 pm

I did not answer - the answering machine recorded a couple of clicks and then I picked up the phone to shut off the call.  However, I have gotten a lot of those credit card debt calls and I would like to get rid of them.  

My caller ID reported that the company was LIBORGDOT.COM

This number called me to inform me that the FBI busted the group of miscreants that stole 400$ that I forgot I ever lost in the first place, bless their hearts. He hung up immediately when I told him I didn't want the money. Alas, I was too tired to come up with a creative response. This number is phishing for suckers to scam, caution. I have no doubt if the conversation lasted longer than 30 seconds he would have been trying to get my information.
