Called me and hung up.

They called me at 9:23 AM...as I did not answer it. Then I got a voicemail, and wasn't able to read it. This is the first time they have called me. Looked it up, scam.

I didn't answer, and no voicemail left.

On my Android phone, I just add these numbers to my "Reject List".  It's kinda satisfying to see the number swatted away the next time they try to call.

Called my cell phone and left the same message everyone else got. It started "Hey guys" and said I had called them last week to discuss lowering my credit card rates. I don't have any credit cards and have never spoken with them. The call came in from 978-570-2313, but they asked me to call back at 888-261-4568. I've asked them previously to remove my number, and have been reporting them on the Do Not Call Registry complaint page.

I received the same call as Sasha above.  EXACTLY the same call. The callback number I was given was 1-888-261-4568, a number that shows up on 800notes.com as Likely Scam.

(This might work on people that carry credit card debt; it's definitely phishy.)

Automated call about updating my info for Google. Seems like just another phishing scheme to get information for fraud/marketing purposes.

I received a phone call from this number with a recorded message.  Recorded message offered to assist me with my credit card bills.  Stated that because I was only making the minimum payments, I definitely needed this assistance because I was clearly in trouble.  Called it a courtesy call and offer of assistance.  Said it would be her last call.  Implied that she had called before and spoken with me and was just following up with the information that she had turned up a solution to my problem.  Asked me to call her back at 1-888-261-4568.  Asked me to make sure to have my most recent statement in hand when calling.

I got the exact same message, almost verbatim.  I did call the toll free number back and the lady said the company was Debt Consolidation Hotline.  I told her to take me off the list and then she said my number was dialed by accident.

Have gotten many calls at my home line from this number.  Very annoying, every night.  Now I find one on my cell phone.  Who are these wackos?  If authorities are looking for them, they shouldn't be hard to find.

Bizarre looking at these comments and the variety of different types of calls people are getting from the same number.

Mine was "uhh, hi." and then hung up.

Jennifer  said she was Consumer Dept Helpline , would not give me a city and state and. ..well for 72 hours I will be calling them *LOL* ...

I received a phone call from this number. I didn't recognize the number so I let it go to VM. A lady left a message indicating she was getting back to about how to reduce my credit card debit. I have never spoke with this person before. I was giving a number to call back but I didn't even write it down I just erased the message.

I received a call from this number on my cell.  They left no message.  I called it back from my business phone and it was constantly busy.  They I received a call on my business phone, didn't answer and they left a recorded message to call - 888-261-4568.  Message was to reduce credit card debt.  I gave them both numbers to put on their do not call list.

"become debt free" spam.

This is unknown telemarketing call to my cell.  I don't want them to call me.

I add them to my contact list on my cell (which is on the Do Not Call list), under the name "Do Not Answer."

They all say 'home security system.'

Rang, didn't answer.  No voicemail left.

The person did not say anything and hung up after 15 secs..
