18558425861. Said Express Script - J.B. In Richmond, VaRobo call, and they got the wrong number besides. It sounded like fishy spam to me: "Hello, this is Express Scripts calling with some important questions for [someone else]. Please call us back toll-free at 1-855-842-5861. Again, the number is [...]. Thank you, and have a good day. Goodbye."
- Call type: Telemarketer

- TylerStarted getting these calls after filling a prescription at CVS. When I called the number they provided (18558425861) from a different phone, entered the phone number where they left the message and confirmed my name, I was guided by automatic prompts through a survey. Needless to say, receiving spam phone calls and having no option to opt out of the survey impacted my experience negatively, so I told them so. I will post on this page if they call again.

- Genger| 1 replyI just got a call also from Express Scripts. I believe it is a subsidiary of CVS since they are the only ones that I get my prescriptions from. I pressed a key on the key pad in the store to continue accepting notifications for my prescripstions and I think this is what prompted the calls. I don't answer strange numbers because of scams so let it go to voice mail. When you go to your pharmacy, remove yourself from their notifications. They are obviously selling phone numbers..

- MAK replies to GengerI got a similar call. (actually 4 call with in 2 minutes) Express Scripts is a Pharmacy Benefit Management company If you check your drug benefit insurance card you should find that it was issued by express scripts. Express scripts like all PBMs own there own pharmacy warehouses And I think they are trying to get there clients to switch from the local pharmacy to the mail order pharmacy.
You might get your prescriptions from CVS (or any other drug store) but Express Scripts pays the difference between the price and the co-pay and then restocks your local pharmacy's shelf with the drug the pharmacy used to fill your script.
Their primary competition is CVS caremark.
I actually did the survey. It looks like they are trying to improve their customer service which I never use. I think they have forgotten that when you have employer paid insurance you do not have a choice on who provides your pharmacy benefits My local pharmacy delivers for free within 12 hours and I can place orders via the internet. one moth supply for one copayment. My wife also works for a health system and we can get 3 months supply for 2 copayments from her work. I told the robo survey if you want me to switch make it free from co-pays. - Elaine DarbyMy call was from Express Scripts as well - They asked for information that Express Scripts would never ask. I hung up and blocked the call. These types of calls just waste my time and are annoying.

- AnnRobo Call from Express Scripts wanting me to do a survey.
I have no interest so I just sent them to my reject list. That will shove the into voicemail automatically and I can delete the voicemail without having to deal with it.- Caller: Express Scripts

- JjIt's express scripts. Robocall. I was working in the kitchen, heard phone, then, rushed to get it, and dropped the cookie sheet. But I rush for calls since I fear an emergency. Anyway, when I heard robocall voice saying express scripts, my name, and survey, I wasn't in the mood. If they would mail it or email it, I could determine if I wish to answer at my leisure. I couldn't say whether it's bad or good, only that this is the second call in the last few days coming in at an inconvenient time.
- sicofuNot going to answer if I don't recognize
