A phone call from Express Scripts and they knew the insured first name.  The VM left a different number to call back 855-842-5861.  The call back number also belongs to Express Scripts.

My bet would be that Express Scripts has given our information out to a private survey company to collect data about the service they have provided to their members.  Not happy - HIPAA violation?  or is in a data breach?HIPAA?

Express Script Robo-call - marketing purposes.
My company uses this as our medical prescription service which explains how they got my name, however, since I never gave them (or work) my cell number I question how they got it.

Umm you might have heard of them but they are not real.  Any reasonably intelligent person would have sought out the knowledge to verify that rumors, myths, and urban legends are in fact true.  Had you done that you would have found that not one single person has ever been scammed saying that word.  Not one.  Further, posting myths, rumors, and urban legends to perpetuate them gets you reported.

Robocall with Caller ID saying Express Scripts (but phone log said Massachusetts). Said they had important information for my mother. Asked "Are you (mother''s name)?" and "Is (mother''s name) available?" Answered "no" to both. Contacted Express Scripts customer service; they had not made the call.

Automated voicemail saying "Hello this is Xpress scripts calling for [my full name] we're the company that manages your pharmacy benefit we have a few questions for you so please call us back toll-free at 1-855-842-5861 again the number is 1855-842-5861 TTY users should call 711 thank you and have a good day goodbye…” I refilled a prescription today with my local pharmacy, not sure if that's a coincidence or not. I don't have Express Scripts but I used CVS in the past. Haven't attempted to call back, it just has scam written all over it.

Robo-Call wanting to “speak to me about a recent complaint” for misconduct I levied against them. You would think they would’ve called personally. Though I am sure the system maybe may redirect to a live person(?)

Please leave a message detailing who called you and what they had to say.
When available, a reader will be informed by that post, rather than the useless one you already made.
