Got a call from this number. Only rang 3 times and then hung up before I could figure out who it was. Called back, was Comcast Sales but you have to leave a voicemail with your number and info... No thanks

They are COMCAST and it will be someone who wants to upgrade your existig account by selling up from what you now have.

Received call from 978-848-5001 asked to speak with someone not home. Caller would not identify themselves, hung up after I told him the one he wished to speak with was not home.

Called my cell, didn't leave a message.

I just called the number and got voicemail. It says that it is Comcast Sales and I could leave a message to have Sales call me back, or leave a message with my name and phone number and tell them to put me on the no call list. I decided to leave my name and number, but I'll be suprised if I don't actually get more calls now.

numerous calls.  so annoying.  why do they not stop, or leave a message. unbelievable.

This number has been calling for the past 1-2 weeks.  I haven't answered and they haven't left any message.  A pestiferous nuisance if ever there was one.  I nominate them for lynching when the revolution hits. ;>)

Comcast. Or a telemarketer on behalf of Comcast.

Called to try to sell me additional services, such as additional channels or their VoIP phone service.  Told him I wasn't interested in changing my service at any time.  He politely wrapped up and said, "OK. If you ever decide you want additional services, please call Comcast."

I said thanks and goodbye and so did he.

I have had comcast phone service for almost 2 years. Comcast continues to call for the person who previously had this # before me. I've called customer service and it still continues!

Called cell and didn't leave a message.  I do not ever answer call without definitive and known Caller ID.  A neighbor that blocks her caller ID gets mad when I never answer her call, but I tell to to unblock her caller ID before dialing my number if she wants an answer.  I'm blocking this number on my line.

Started calling my cell again 5 times in the last week never leaves a message and calls at all odd times of the day including outside business hours.  I never answer "unknown" caller id info calls.

STOP CALLING ME ..................or I will cancel comcast.....................

i was told by comcast its an automated computer call.....i have been placed on their {do not call list " for over 6 months with no success....
i was told by April in the Hartford Area  Customer it does not pertain to them and they can call me...
so i guess her solution to the problem is find another service to use so you are no longer a customer so you can then sue them for harassment.
I finally called their corp office in pa  and was told by Derek the select numbers randomly to be placed on their call list for sale.
  He claims he put me on their do not call list but it will take at least 6 days...i was suppose to have been on this list months ago and was suppose to have been put on in the other day.
Corporate office number if anyone else wants to complain is 215-665-1700 they are located in Philadelphia in case anyone wants to sue them for harassment.

They should put more money into great customer service instead having that overseas .

Calls numerous times a week and leaves no message

This same phone number has called family members and I to leave a message that my SS# is wrong.  I believe there is a direct correlation with Advance Web pay for papercheck loans.  I received another phone call that was rerouted from other numbers as well posing as an officer stating that I needed to call a number before I was arrested for criminal charges, perjury, wire fraud etc...I had filed a complaint with the same company in 2008 for wire fraud with the Federal Trade Commission and FBI for wire fraud for stealing 1,000 in fees for me.  I had to close my bank account and received my money back.  They are doing anything to get money.  I happened to see quite a few articles on this new scam.

What is the deal with this? They call my cell all the time. I'm not even a Comcast customer, and never will be. It's a prepaid account, so I'm not wasting my minutes calling them back or answering it.

Was all set till the end of the call. Where they want you to stay on the line and record your name D.O.B or last four of Social...I dont think so. BE AWARE!!!
